The only people that do are the "financial interests" who have the governments in their pocket who want to import them en masse for various reasons; the business leaders who want cheaper scab labour, the left-wing parties want more reliable voter bases (because migrants always vote left), or certain interest groups want to attempt to replace the natives because "the Europeans are the Edomites" or something, for example.
