I wonder if Cherie has any thoughts on the new Wicked movie, or any of the material really that's an offshoot of all the original Oz books.
She does, the post was lost in the rollback.
She's happy that Wogglebug isn't in the movie because Wogglebug shouldn't be in Oz movies.

Sylvie Harnowitz you are so weird. You treat bugs like they're people. No wonder nobody likes you.
I think she's calling us out.

I don't understand. I just don't understand! I thought that they would like me.
I'm starting to get the feeling this is turning into some Chris-chan/Sonichu fusion shit. She has stumbled ass-backwards into making both main characters into versions of herself. Soon enough she'll be writing tweets as Wogglebug.

I trust you Mr.Wogglebug. You may go forth to the Enchanted Forest, and do justice to your degree, of being thoroughly educated.
So his quest is to defend the usefulness in a Communications Associates degree from his local community college.

This is the most I could stomach from this, I didn't even touch on the fact that the villan is called Antibo (I heard ANTIFA) and is a massive supporter of Vape Nation and the LuLuLemon methhead hippie that sounds like a combination of Michael Jackson and Mike Tyson.

I'm not digging the new voice actor at all. Why did the universe have to take Patrick from us? This guy tries too hard and his intonation is weird. I wonder how much Cherie paid him per movie.
The fact there is two Wogglebug crying scenes is insane, and the fact this is only the trailer makes me question if there are more.

I'm surprised she's not using an AI voice. I'm sure there's enough Original Wogglebug content to train an AI on.

It would sound kind of off, but... who cares?

I can't believe you would question Cherie's artistic integrity that she would sink so low as to use AI voice acting.
It's Cherie we're talking about. She can make AI produce some really monstrous, uncanny things bearing her unmistakable mark - as evidenced by her AI generated trailers.

In the original he cries every time someone disagrees with him or says something mean to him. There are countless more.
We can either make Wogglebug a clever bugman who keeps his cool in the face of adversity, outwits his enemies, and always ends up on top using his superior education and intellect...

Or we can make him a colossal sissy who begins bawling at the first sign of adversity every time. Not even to show vulnerability or sensitivity as a once off, absolutely constantly to leave no doubt he is a hysterical weenie.

Better go with the latter. Kids really like it when their protagonists are soft and pathetic and cry more than they do over nothing. Great role model, too, somebody to really aspire to be.

Now when you mention it, I would love to see Cherie's take on Sherlock Holmes.
"You suck, Sherlock Holmes!", shouted doctor Moriarty.
I saw tears forming in my dear friend's eyes.
"Why is he so mean, dear Watson?"

"I don't hate gay people. I support gay marriage all the way. BUT I will NOT make Sherlock Holmes and, OR Watson gay.

Stop calling him Sherlock Homo. My TRUE fans know that Sherlock is STRAIGHT and also HETEROSEXUAL. They respect what I say is canon. Sherlock and Watson share a fraternal love. Sherlock will one day wed a hooker with a heart of gold during a cocaine bender, as I have envisioned from the start of my franchise to save Sherlock from the Conan Doyle Fandom."
