Wasn't Nick recently talking about fights in his locals chat? "Recently" in heavy fucking quotes because I can't always keep track of things happening with Nick and it could have been months ago. This type of descriptive is distancing language more commonly used by real parents that either hate, abuse or have otherwise killed their children. It's a psychological barrier phrase which tries to look caring, but is a tell on how distant the relationship described actually is.

In this case, very distant. Almost non existent if the language being used has been wrote by the individual writing it.

Nick had a locals "chat only" a while back grifting off the UFC fights the day after the Tyson/Paul fight because he realized he missed a grifting opportunity.
