The court in New York said that Andy needs a legal guardian and appointed Pappa Squatch, which Pappa tried to get out of but lol no he's your kid sucks to be you sez the judge.

But when Andy copped his domestic violence charge it really complicated shit, pun not intended, cauze how can you be the legal guardian of someone whose trying to kill you. Obvious conflict of interest there. But before the court could weigh in on this Pappa Squatch went and hurt himself leaving Andy all alone in the house.

So now with no one to annoy, abuse and pester (which is Andy's real fetish) Andy calls APS who are forced to scoop him up and assume his legal guardianship. Which they quickly find out is total bullshit and so they get the court OK to drop the guardianship and they turf Andy out on to the street which is when/why Andy goes to Cleveland.

This is why all of Andy's latest vidoes are talking about how his Dad has to, has to! take back the legal guardian status. I dunno if Pappa will take Andy back, he told Andy to stay in Cleveland but also talked to the cops and tried to get them to send him back so family bonds are pretty strong.

But if Tom was smart he'd leave Andy to his own fate. I know he's your kid but he won't ever stop making your life hell until the day you die and he's best left to own fate at this point. Andy has made his life choice so let him live with it.

from what i heard and remember, they didnt make him a full on guardian/caregiver, they appointed tom as a payee but Andy took that and rode with it and decided payee equals guardian/caregiver or means he also needs those things. even in liberal new york they kept denying him a legal guardian and caregiver as they even determined he didnt need that and his father is not obligated to be a personal caregiver (ass wiper) for him because he is a grown man and is not disabled.

Probably late and forgetful, but those videos of Andy speaking normally about computers--do you think mirrors of those are the first embed on The Cop Email? And have any social workers etc. shown them to Andy and asked what gives? That'd be a bad idea, but if I were an exasperated cop it'd be tempting, almost as tempting as working him over a little yet not at all illegal.

He'd probably:
- Throw a really big tantrum as per protocol.
- Talk about the bike incident. (Which I doubt since he seems to have forgotten about it.)
- Mention that he's got a disability. (What he wouldn't mention is that several psychologists have come to the conclusion that he's faking it.)
- Suggest that he doesn't consent to the cop viewing the material, let alone showing it to Andy. ("Triggering my disability." or some shit like that.)
All this to say I don't imagine Andy actually giving any meaningful feedback regarding his older videos where he's not pretending to be retarded. It's not in his interest for that to be known context to his existence. As far as anyone needs to know, he is and always has been a severely disabled autistic man who needs help being changed.

what do you want them to do, exactly? its really not a good idea to go real life on this sort of thing, i have learned that lesson very well recently.

Andy's been re-uploading his old videos with new voice overs lately to reset the narrative about his parents 'buze so I'd guess it's old. But who knows the ways of the PoopSquatch are mysterious indeed.

According to the new lore Andy's parents have always been abusive. Not buying him clothes in school, not taking him to doctors to get his autism verified, allowing schools to discipline him for no reason.

This is his new cope for why a person with such massive mental disabilities was able to get to 35 without any diagnosis on record. Andy's always been like he is now it's just that his parents are such awful people they couldn't even be bothered to properly care for thier mentally retarded offspring in the smallest way.
