...And that's why I was hoping for someone who wasn't @BreakingBalldoNews would try and verify their claim that April deleted the tweet.

Turns out it's not actually deleted.

Just a heads-up: while the confusion is understandable when her prolific tweetstorms that week included multiple tweets as a prelude or follow-up about the same "sex ed" topic, the particular undeleted tweet you're referring to is not the one that resurfaced from a BBN tweet the other day alleging that it was deleted, which is this other, more salaciously worded one:

CheapFilth.jpg

That particular tweet was also the impetus setting off Nick's overly defensive twitter rants yesterday, so he seems butthurt enough about it that it'd be just the sort of thing he'd have told April to delete, and it sure sounds like he now regrets it having stayed up long enough to have been archived:

April was also in the habit of deleting some unknown portion of that day's tweetstorm as has already been pointed out ITT, probably at Nick's urging, so it would make sense that the absolute worst one above would have made the chopping block:

She deleted a tweet before that. Does anyone know/archived this tweet?

Anyway, according to the archive link cited in BBN's tweet and corroborated by @Balldo's Gate's bulk archive of the tweetstorm that day that included the tweet in question, the URL for the original tweet was as follows:

https://x.com/April_Law1111/status/1855386903576527294

Can someone who is still her twitter follower check if that one is deleted, or would her privating her account have changed the URL or tweet ID in any way?

“I can’t wait to tell you the whole story.”

”Sorry, they will remain private.”

Nick has never lied
Methinks he knows by now he's gonna get stuck with a plea deal he thinks is shit, and doesn't want to talk about it because he won't be able to spin it as much of a W.

Problem is, we're gonna find out what it is. He can't hide the criminal case.

Thanks, BBN BTFO again then. If even that tweet wasn't deleted, then one shudders to think how bad the deleted one was that @Third World Aristocrat had pointed out. What could possibly have been worse than what she left up?
I´d guess he probably went back to check on that post before being aware she locked the profile and thought she deleted it...

Since I guess I'm a quasi-BBN defender here, I'll just say I think that thinking that tweet was deleted was a relatively minor mistake.

The bigger issue here is April's tweet itself. Deleted or not, it's not fake, we all agree it's real, and it's absolutely insane.

just checking in on this dumpster fire...

So Kayla is the actual mother to these children. April is some....side piece? or something I would normally say homewrecker but Nick seems to be the one homewrecking. And April believes she is helping Nick and Kayla's kid by tweeting like a 13 year old to own the alogs?

Has anyone advised them to log off? More importantly...should the court add a social media restriction to these people for the sake of the kids?

That's the most amazing thing about all of this. They can't just walk away from Twitter and Social Media. The best thing they could do for themselves would be to delete the app. Just stop engaging with the parasocial retards. Stop being the parasocial retards. But they can't do that. They cannot stop performing for an audience. They are the modern day Village Idiots.

Trying to change the minds of people who have <20 followers on twitter, one account at a time.

Thinking it was deleted was giving this disgusting homewrecking mongoloid coke slut credit for actually realizing it was an utterly insane thing to tweet. She didn't. She's that stupid.

They can't really. They could make it (or pretty much anything not itself illegal) in a plea offer, but he'd have to accept it. Depending how the case goes that could mean giving them the choice of taking that offer or enjoying prison, but the latter is (probably) not on the table.

Agree. I have some sympathy for BBN bc the tweet in question happened within a deluge of other crazy happenings including an edited tweet she made throwing shade at Kayla, Nick (and April) sperging in Melton's chat, and hearings.

Here's just a taste of what was happening a month ago:

The only reason that tweet matters is that Nick seems VERY concerned with the implication that April talked to his kids. He was also VERY upset that Keanu went on blast about April being in the second home. That may be problematic for his legal cases, or it's just his pathetic effort to manage his PR.

To the degree that someone can autistically monitor her tweets, edits, and deletions from behind her protected account... it may be worth documenting.

In the case of Aaron, it's because he was in the polycule, Nick has a massive hate-boner for him, and he's facing charges concerning him sharing a picture of Kayla.
Suppose Kayla gives "retroactive consent" for lack of a better term to Nick sharing the images, where does that leave the charge?

I dunno, but I can't see that happening as long as Nick is around. He's got target fixation on Aaron. Enough to where he'd admit in a police report his wife cucked him. Enough to get into bed with the likes of Melton.

Maybe I'm remembering wrong but didn't Nick share them with Aaron first? If so then surely he would have to be charged also, she can't just say that Nick sharing the images was alright but then the next guy passing them on isn't, especially in such a weird situation as a polycule?

They went to Universal Studios for her birthday (May 21). This was posted on May 23 (yep, arrest day). She probably posted bf she heard the news. It was featured on KF at 6:38 pm Eastern. Anyway, Disney adult seems probable.

Special appearance from Nick's sister.

She looks like a Bob's Burgers character.
