UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson fatally shot outside Hilton hotel in Midtown in targeted attack: cops - Just Part and Parcel of visiting a Big City

Lol, relax nigger. Nobody is getting “denied live saving care.”

When insurance companies deny claims it’s usually from fatsos who want surgery instead of eating properly, trannies who only got one letter from a psychiatrist instead of two or someone who wants the fanciest newest meds when the old ones work fine.

It’s wild how many people think that insurance companies are literally killing people or some shit like that.

“Wahhh I went to the closest ER because I’m a lazy fuck, instead of going to the one my Insurance has a contract with! I got treatment and now I need to pay myself, this is literal GENOCIDE!”
Yeah, because people who are going to an ER for an emergency have time to navigate their insurance provider's Pajeet-engineered shitshow of a website to find out which ER is in-network. I know, tangentially, people whose insurance company gave them a hard time for going to the ER for a heart attack. The fact of the matter is that the Bush plan to give people a health savings account would have been way better for everyone involved and would have killed the parasitic healthcare insurance industry by now.

I got approved for my illegal alien transgender surgery so healthcare is good definitively. Things only matter when they affect me personally.

This is a retarded ass take, but I wouldn't expect much from a TrOoNYcoP

I have 2 family members that I feel sure died due to insurance not allowing treatments to proceed in time.

Last thing you should want is a bunch of little john browns or a bleeding kansas situation.
This guy is not John Brown.

For one thing, he actually had a good plan, executed it well, and he didn't get caught. No innocents got hurt, either.

For another, the country was deeply divided in the aftermath of the Harper's Ferry raid. That's why we had a Civil War. In the instant case, pretty much every normal ass person holds this guy up as a folk hero. The only reason why you see any pushback is the top 1% hold the reins of power. This is not "a nation divided." Far from it. This is a nation held hostage.

I just realized that after the pandemic, health insurance and big pharma are the last two industries (Nothing screams free market capitalism too like a state sanctioned monopoly!) anyone on the right should be tripping themselves over to defend or simp for. It's downright disgusting the RINO wing of the party seem to want us to forget all of the events of 2020-2022 and go back to the good old days of fellating CEO's while they screw over the country just to hit some measly 3-5% profit target.

I feel like if this shooting wasn't a one-off event and things don't meaningfully improve and more of them happen that the only real solution is for the government/USA to realize that the health insurance industry has rabies and drastic action is needed:

That doesn't necessarily mean totally killing it, but at the very least reducing its scale/significant by a significant amount.
At this point its pretty obvious that it only serves to artificially inflate the cost of healthcare across the board, substantially impedes the quality of life for a large number of people and has all sorts of other consequences (like the byproduct of a health insurance company deciding the value of human life is too low means that customers will decide that CEO lives are worth even less).

I know some faggot is going to reply and tell me about the immigrants or niggers using the healthcare system and how it would never work - but you can't honestly look at things now and tell me this shit is working if the consequences of it are CEOs getting gunned down in broad daylight. And again this doesn't mean totally killing the health insurance industry but using regulations and oversight to kill off monopolies like UnitedHealth and to restore some more balance to it.

Just anecdotal to this - I don't know UnitedHealth because I'm not a burger. I read a few stories because of this thread but last night I spent a few hours on tweeter, plebbit and some other parts of the internet searching up the name of the company and there were some very sad, depressed and frustrated people with how they were being treated by this company. I even saw multiple stories from people who worked within the healthcare industry saying that UnitedHealth was the absolute worst and most unethical company to exist - and all of this shit was written before their CEO got gunned down in broad daylight a few days ago.

If no one does anything and companies like these continue to gain more and more unchecked power then not only does it seem likely that more attacks and more significant attacks will happen but it seems like the core problem - people getting decent healthcare is never going to be addressed itself.

That's really my only problem about this inspiring copycats. This guy is fairly unique in this kind of political violence. The next guy (or glowie) will probably fuck up, do some indiscriminate massacre, or otherwise pull shit that will bury the message.

Someone start a psyop to encourage people to turn themselves in as him, we need to protect this guy at all costs. Maybe reddit army will bite.
Won't work, They already know he's not a massive fat neckbeard.

“Full” “Self” “Driving”

(The context is that it had to be downgraded to being called”Supervised full self driving” for obvious reasons. Many are mad about this)
self driving is stupid since you can't play on your phone while it's driving, so what the point of it then?

Kill yourself

Anyone who plays the "them" card are either shills or gorilla niggers. I want what's best for me and mine. If a lefty troon who actively rapes dogs also wants to get fluoride out of the water it doesn't mean jack shit. It's just numbers added to popular opinion. We arent magically married at the hip. My entire world view isn't based on being contrarian to the average leftist. That would be absolutely insane.

I think its funny that everyone just automatically equates killing a CEO with political violence. I happen to agree with that sentiment.
I just wish the lolberts would understand that they can apply "dont tread on me" philosophy to organizations that are more powerful than governments.

You just KNOW they're spinning up at least one MK ULTRA victim like Adam Lanza right now and giving him the activation phrase to send him to the nearest daycare center with a ChatGPT penned manifesto about healthcare and insurance and whatnot.

BREAKING NEWS / general update

Mods are asleep so I'm going to literally fedpost.

FBI have released an updated "SEEKING INFORMATION" poster. All it adds is the new photo:

  • It looks like the bus the suspect took could have taken him to "New Jersey, north toward Boston or south toward Philadelphia and Washington, D.C."
  • The NYPD are still combing the pond in Central Park trying to find more evidence (likely the gun)

Even the monopoly money is something people have suggested was a comment about UnitedHealth being a monopoly - I was watching a video about them and apparently because they're vertically integrated it means it is a lot harder for antitrust actions to work against them or for them to be investigated in the first place.
Oh, NOW I get it! :story:
Shooting someone in the back is a faggot bitch move.
So is denying insurance claims while you sit on a comfy, cushy position as CEO.
