Devon Del Vecchio / "Dev" / ShortFatOtaku / @sleepy_devo - Degenerate loser, honorary whiteknight for Lilith Lovett, constantly at odds with his own viewers for being a centrist

It's amazing how Dev can worm his way into every social circle online.
It's equally amazing how JT Smash can advocate every video that Companys listen to their customers, then shrug off his chat revolting when he brings Dev on.
This happens every time with these YouTuber types and they never see the hypocrisy.
I got timed out a few times. And then one of Dev's ballwashers (Mah-dry-bread) appeared in chat to try to protect this fat ass. It was amazing.

It's now a Members only video. Did anyone clip?
Unfortunately, no.
In other news, ACE1918 strikes again.

Episode 24 of the ShortFatOtaku Lolcow Anime.
At this point, anyone saying ACE is grifting and milking the drama is stupid, because Dev is milking his own drama. This is the norm here, we don't have grounds to complain about anyone who makes regular videos covering Dev's retardation when Dev is being a retard 24/7.

Late you are my friend. Also the guy who made this is in the thread lmao

Kirsche was one of those. She welcomed him to her community even after 90% of her community being against it and the 9% not knowing who him is.

While I like kirsche a lot, people like her and SmashJT only learn when they fail as they have shown many times where they ignored/don't trust most of their community and gets one-guyed by grifters like dev

The video is done premiering.
We need to archive that longer clip of Dev in this video. This is a mask off moment from Dev. He basically said, Not In My Backyard in regards to off platform behavior done by possible pedophiles hiding in his community. Even though banning said predators would actually protect his server members and wash his hands clean of any illicit activity those predators could have done without him knowing.
Also he makes the exceptional statement that banning pedophiles creates a slippery slope where you can ban people for committing any crime outside of his Discord server's jurisdiction, namely bringing up shoplifters as an example.

Alright guys, let's do a thought experiment. I assume most of you run, or are part of, a small group chat with your boys. Let's say, someone brings someone else in, and you let them. But, you learn something, that person has done "Something" somewhere (i.e. these are actions they've taken BEFORE, not differences in personality, or worldview, or things they do in your server), that makes you not want to associate with them and you consider removing them from the group chat. What are the list of those "somethings" that that event would have to be to illicit that reaction. As usual, I'll start.

-had or have attempted to have inappropriate contact with children
-has expressed desires to do above
-has killed, or attempted to kill someone in cold blood (i.e. not self defense)
-Is British, Canadian, or Australian

Point being, I don't think there's much of a slippery slope to worry about here.

I fucking hate Dev so much, his proclamation of being well read mirrors those with doctorates in "olfactory politics".
He doesn't even understand the slippery slope as a concept.

/Pol/ randomly hating on Dev on a thread hating on Boomers. No idea why...

TL;DR
Dev is so fat and gay, even /pol/ hating on him.

If some one wants to see the thread:

I get what the Argie is saying, and it makes sense. Dev is suffering from a similar ill to James Lindsay which caused him to have that meltdown about the "woke right" a little back: They have all the evidence, explanation, theory and proof but still REFUSE to budge from being shitlibs and remains stuck in late 1990/early 2000 political landscape. You can see this the most plainly in Dev by contrasting the video where he speaks of Gramsci's non-stop revolution and push for cultural hegemony of "Everything is political!" and then a few videos later he will see woke devs pushing DEI shit on games and BudLight using trannies to advertise and he will back off and insist it is "just incompetence guys, not malice. We shouldn't fight on their own terms and try and push a boycott. It's really just a accident!"

That is an ongoing saga. A spectacle for the ages. "Wait, you guys were actually right wing? I thought we could just go back to the 90s where we could throw away billions of dollars in the middle east and ruin the market so our corporate friends."

It's been kind of a trip to me that you can see really clearly from some people that they've never been able to adapt to the paradigms. A lot of people I know that I helped cut my teeth politically alongside and aren't nucking futs have this weird mindset where they still act like the political landscape is the exact same as it was in 1999 - the Dems are still the counterculture in their eyes, all the Repubs are still Neocons, and so on.

The political landscape we live in now isn't the same one we had last year, let alone two or so decades ago, but they've remained sort of frozen in time. I don't know how else to explain it.

It's not good that we have to document and archive the misdeeds of shitty people. If this thread goes dead, hopefully that would mean there's nothing worth documenting anymore.

Which would be a good thing.
If the thread dies it means Dev woke up and fixed his life. Which would be a good thing. I remember at times with this thread specifically it almost didn't move at all because, at the time, it seemed like Dev WAS fixing his shit. That objectively is good. It means the people around him aren't getting hurt and he's being less of a asshole.
