Without the evidence of the chatlogs at their disposal, how are the police supposed to convict Shmorky? What crimes were openly committed to report? It's all well and good saying someone 'should' know when something like this is going on but seriously what was supposed to have been done here to justify laying the blame for these crimes at another person's feet?

I don't know how many people are familiar with Mandy's postings elsewhere, but given the accusations of child sexual abuse she's made in respect of other people when she's psychotic (and even past that point - she was still saying stuff about Lowtax 5 months after the original shitstorm), she's even less likely to be believed without hard evidence than some rando off the internet.

It's extremely unlikely that Shmorky will be investigated even with the additional information that's come to light - information which Mandy and other people who dealt with Shmorky on a regular basis didn't even have until now.

That's the scary part about it all, people claim that something should have been done or someone should have noticed but in reality pedos can be extremely clever about their portrayal to the outside world. Hell Shmorky could be considered one of the sloppier ones in terms of hiding his fetishes but he still knew when to keep his mouth shut and divert attention away from himself.

anyway, she has made it clear to us that she did not know about shmorkys inappropriate contact with minors. she said that yes, she had seen some of his "art" when she snooped in his room once, but showing the police art and saying "i suspect he's a pedophile" isn't really enough. im sure if she knew that shmorky was grooming minors, she would have stepped in somehow.
