Only in Communist Romania, I think most other states supported at least contraception. I will say though since Communists have only taken power in backwaters or impoverished areas historically, most movements kowtowed to local social conservatism after the initial revolution.
Still doesn't make this guy commie like c'mon, he doesn't even strike me as a EAT THE RICH kinda person and instead seems like some Musk fanboy.
 
Just gotta say, listening to the mayor of one of the largest cities in the US stumble over the word "specific" and pronounce "assaulted" as "salted" is wild. Couldn't resist the opportunity to go on a whole tangent about reelection too. These politicians deserve a bullet as much as the actual victim did.
