Cross-posting if you avoid the regular Rackets thread. Viva & Barnes discuss a number of amendments, the affidavit, the search warrant, and certain appeals coming down that Nick could use that could help him including one from Mike Tyson? Sorry, it's hard to translate "crazy" nor do I speak it. TLDR notes in the quote.

You will lose braincells listening but it does pull back the flap and explain the mentality of these two retards. Listened on 1.75 speed and still heard it clearly.

EDIT:
Forgot the most important point! Around 12:00 both say there is "no white powder on his nose" in the video, NONE! Viva says "he zoomed in and looked really hard to see if he saw it and didn't see any." Both believe that point is "church and social media gossip" and if there really was white powder on his nose in the video, a picture would have been included in the affidavit. WILD!

It is, even though it's at least equally likely he doesn't do time. The deal on the table probably doesn't involve jail time, but apparently does involve something he finds too humiliating to agree to so he's stalling like a pussy.

Nevertheless, he just put the Rekieta Curse on himself so my hopes have gone up slightly.

@Third World Aristocrat figured it out and the uploader Balldonaut says in the comments they went off a video Viva uploaded yesterday that looks like a new video at first glance.

They make a funny point: Viva & Barnes call all the Lawtubers grifters who grift off of Rekieta, but here Viva reuploads an episode talking about Rekieta's case from 6 months ago with a title that could appear like they're talking about Rekieta's case from the past 2 days? Okay bruh.

My YT algorithm has been recommending Viva's new uploads that are all 6+ months old on Trump/COVID/vaccine shit. IDK if his channel is dying or he's trying to get numbers back up with Barnes out sick or what, but it's fucking weird. People are not taking kindly to it.

Viva and Barnes really threw their hats in with Rumble and ever since then, their YouTube viewership has been declining because the "Rumble deal" is pretty hostile to YouTube viewers. Of course, all the "views" on Rumble are fake, so they backed the wrong horse. It has also become clear (partly through Rekieta but also with other cases) that Barnes the Boss Baby is a moron from a legal perspective.

Cross post from Aaron’s thread. This is of tangential interest to Nick, Kayla, & April’s drug cases as they initiated the case against Aaron for revenge porn, which goes to settlement conference on Dec 11th at 11:30am, Minnesota time.

This case is now fully viewable on MCRO when using case search via case number. It may have always been though I recall trying & not being able to view it before, but now it brings up all the case history & documents.
