Free my nigga he dindu nuffin this is anti-italian discrimination they don't even have proof he shot nobody!

His best shot is to try and argue that he was defending the innocent. Brian Tompson's 35% denial AI program was killing people on a daily basis. He had to act as soon as he could. Of course a judge won't allow a lawyer to make this argument. But the lawyer may try to slip the idea in to the jury.

Does the guy not realize the cops will just put his manifesto in a paper shredder?
Looking back at this, him writing a manifesto was a mistake. If you ramble on long enough you will just look like a loon. Or you will hit on politics that some people will disagree with. His finest moment was only having the words "deny, defend, depose" on his bullets.

It pointed in the right direction. And left it to the imagination of everyone else to fill in the blanks. He should have left it at that.

It's the jewish pit of America. They will find him guilty.
12 Angry Jews?

Between this guy being caught and, Assad going down basically without a fight, a lot of expectations were ruined.
It is disappointing, because a disciple of uncle ted should have know to go inawoods for a few weeks. But fucker wanted to use the free wifi. Still his trial will still be fun to follow. I can imagine it is going to be a shit show.

Can anybody think of any historical cases where contemporary public opinion largely supported a premeditated murder?

Other than the Jeff Doucet killing, I can't think of many.
Do all those times in America's past where someone got lynched and nobody went to prison over it count?

Friends, never accept a surgery with a 50% or less success rate unless you're facing death or crippling disability without it.

You can refuse treatment. You can just say "no".

Of course if you will wind up paralyzed, unable to walk, or dead if you don't do the surgery, you're gonna have to do it. Sucks to be you, my sympathies, and good luck. But if it's something that's painful but won't kill you or seriously disable you, best to say NO.
Life is so incredibly different after having fusions, mobility is different pain is different and you KNOW they’ve got you right where they want you, patient for life.

If I had any choice to do PT for life or get fused, I would have picked PT.
Physical therapy is the most effective thing I’ve found for quality of life after spinal fusions, but of course insurance doesn’t want to pay for more than 3 months of it.
Fighting them can get an extension, but only 3 times in a calendar year.

Just get a PT referral and take care of your body if there’s ANY way to avoid fusions.

People are theorizing that he was using psychedelics.
The theory seems to be:
1. Guy gets in some kind of serious bike accident.
2. He has back surgery
3. He uses some psychedelics... to alleviate the pain?
4. He becomes insane and disappears for months
5. Probably blames the insurgence company for his pain; either because of a actual grievance or just hallucinations.

Am I missing something here or was it an incredibly retarded mistake for the guy to not ditch the gun and everything else? I really doubt cops in Pennsylvania were combing through dumpsters to look for evidence of a crime committed in another state. Why hang onto it?
Maybe he planned to commit suicide but didn't get the chance?

I'm surprised no one brought up when someone killed a man in broad daylight in his car next to his wife in the middle of town and no one ever saw anything because the guy was the biggest asshole and deserved to die so not a single person snitched.

JLR Investigates on YouTube said that one of his family members owned a nursing home. I would link you to the video, but JLR is kind of a retard, and his stream froze, stuttered, died, and is now gone.

On the one hand, JLR gets a lot of good scoops and local sourcing on true crime stuff. On the other hand, he discusses ALL of the rumors that later get proven wrong, although he's relatively careful to not conflate rumor with fact. On the third hand, he's a grifter and carpetbagger, and generally an ignoramus. I watch him from time to time, but I have a hard time recommending him to others in good faith.

Anyway, I wonder if it's true that a family member owned a nursing home. It would give Mangione a lot bigger reason to hate UHC other than his own surgery woes.
