UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson fatally shot outside Hilton hotel in Midtown in targeted attack: cops - Just Part and Parcel of visiting a Big City

While your first sentence is true, it doesn’t lead to your second sentence. Ballistics isn’t an exact science. There is some question into its reliability. I don’t have a strong opinion one way or the other, but I am always skeptical of how advanced forensics is supposedly because there is an incentive by governments to make people afraid of being caught by forensics. I am a junkie for unsolved murders and it happens way too often for me to believe that stuff like ballistics and surveillance is as reliable as certain experts claim.

I absolutely would accept being wrong if we get to trial and there is clear evidence and testimony that shows the gun is THE gun and the defense can’t do a good job to cast doubt on it. Sorry I don’t immediately lap up a police report at face value.

Unlawful possession of a suppressor is a ten year sentence.

If he doesn’t have a nfa tax transfer stamp, or a SOT, he can be fucked on that alone. Regardless of your prison lawyer fantasies. Would this happen in practice? No. But hormones have been maxxed out on nfa charges before without any lieniency or discretion.

Silencers used in violence can result in 30 year sentences

Yes it does. No other gun would make the same marks on a bullet
That article is discussing how forensic examiners categorise 'inconclusive' samples i.e. samples where the bullet is too mangled to make a positive identification. That's irrelevant here. Even if the bullets they pulled out of the CEO were too mangled to make a positive ID, he left the casings behind. They can make a match off of those.

That’s good to know. Still, that’s just one article I used as an example. I am not sure what else lies in the pool of research. The point I’m making is that it’s not moronic to be skeptical of stuff that comes out in a news or police report or even forensic testimony, especially when not all the facts are clear. Remember when everyone told us fingerprints were unique? That’s not actually true.

The probability of someone having the same fingerprint as you is like 0.000000001%. It's infinitesimally small. So infinitesimally small that the possibility is not even worth bothering to consider. Not even identical twins have the same fingerprint

The weakest Ted respecter.

It’s unconstitutional, but it is the law and many men have lost their freedom getting jammed up over it. But what are going to do? Shoot a ceo over it? The $200 tax stamp, and approval process is a bitch. But I’ve jumped though the hoops a few times.
You’re a bootlicking faggot and you should feel bad that you don’t have even the microscopic balls it takes to stand up to our pussy government to defend your rights.

A law that is unconstitutional is void, as if it never existed. This has been confirmed by Supreme Court precedent.

Not everyone is willing to throw their life away to fight some gun law.

It would be hilarious if his firearms charges went up to the Supreme Court.

Can't wait til The Daily Beast breathlessly reveals he voted for Drumpf.
Don’t forget Ben Shapiro and Timothy pool saying him fallowing AOC is a sign that he was some sort of rabid leftist or some shit. The only people who felt bad about the CEO’s death are contrarians, elites and jornoscum/ wannabe jornoscum.

Reading about American Healthcare genuinely disgusts me. I don't know why you people put up with this rancid rubbish.

How is this ceo and men like him even legally allowed to fuck you all like this? What about 'Land of the Free'? Even African countries have better healthcare than you. Jesus.
