Let us assume the case goes to trial - the judge isn't going to allow the life of the Victim to have that much a of a bearing on the case and it will be excluded as irrelevant as the Victim and Offender don't actually know each other.

For sure, in the negotiations the defense lawyers will tell the DA they will put the Healthcare industry on trial, but the DA knows this tactic won't really be effective because it will be excluded by and large. Perhaps the book will show as a contributing factor, but then again, likely to be excluded from a trial because hundreds of thousands read the book and didn't kill anyone.

The video had been up for like 10 hours, had more than a million views and over 110k likes, and some of the comments were telling her to take it down because it might be used against him in a court case (I'm not sure how, but maybe).
