UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson fatally shot outside Hilton hotel in Midtown in targeted attack: cops - Just Part and Parcel of visiting a Big City

Legit saw a print of someone complaining about his lack of "literacy awareness"
Commies really turned on him the moment they found he isnt one of them huh

Commies and other assorted leftists love to LARP as revolutionaries, but they lack the gumption to actually do anything bold. So, they seethe and rage with envy and shame when they see someone else actually do it.

And if his manifesto/ideology touches upon the wastefulness and scammery/niggardly practices of the health insurance industry then he shouldn't burden tax payers with an expensive court case that takes millions of dollars and years to resolve.

I anticipate that he will plead guilty but his lawyers will still try to use mental illness and the back surgery as points to influence his sentencing. Also if the substack manifesto is true (this is still unknown) and his mother was sick a lot when he was a kid and UnitedHealth were faggots then that will be brought up too.
It’s fucking outrageous that niggers get off with a proverbial decade long slap on the wrist (or less!) for the most heinous crimes by shitlib judges, but when it comes to this guy, they’ll try to throw the book at him.

You are such a salty retard that's reaching unimaginable level of pathetic. This has nothing to do with hoes getting wet because he is hot , hoes getting wet because he chose the harder noble path. He had what 99% of the men wish: big dick, good looks , beyond good career i am talking 6 figures out of the gates career, ivy league degree and coming from good family. Every single one of whiners here how he is bad or retarded what they mean if i was him "i would be burried in bitches asses , printing money and living large" . He had it all and decided its better die standing than live like a king on his knees . Something that 99% of the users wont do or choose if they had that choice . This is what makes bitches wet : bravery and honor. Shit that made bitches wet since the first tribes were formed and first cities were made. Shit that is now so rare that austic man instead of playing with trains is running this website because every single man in the west is such a cuck and bitchmade that they let trannies and degens bully them into playing pretend with them.

Now get on your knees haggot and shut up like a good slave you are.
Except he didn't die. For some reason he decided spending his life in a prison cell while in chronic pain was a good idea. His Robin Hood martyr status is going to fade fast and people will think he was a retard who threw his life of privilege away for nothing. I'd love to see sweeping changes made to the US health care system but yeah right.

Let us assume the case goes to trial - the judge isn't going to allow the life of the Victim to have that much a of a bearing on the case and it will be excluded as irrelevant as the Victim and Offender don't actually know each other.

For sure, in the negotiations the defense lawyers will tell the DA they will put the Healthcare industry on trial, but the DA knows this tactic won't really be effective because it will be excluded by and large. Perhaps the book will show as a contributing factor, but then again, likely to be excluded from a trial because hundreds of thousands read the book and didn't kill anyone.

The better target for him would have been congress as they are the ones who are paid by the Healthcare industry to ensure it is profitable and are mega donors to the scandal that is our healthcare. Congress made the stadium and made the rules, Brian himself, didn't.

My man should have yelled out: “I’m innocent! I’m a patsy and they’re setting me up!” Ala Lee Harvey Oswald when they took him into the station.

Even if he had done it, at least he would have instantly created years worth of fodder for conspiracy theories.
After reading through this thread some the dude was sharp enough. He had no electronics tied to his name and kept it all in a faraday backpack.

Being "caught" at McDonalds tells me one thing. They tracked him through a layer of SIGINT that our authorities do not want to admit exists.

So his family is worth equal to Brian, could easily afford private healthcare and holistic care for back pain that left him still very mobile except not being able to surf (yeah I can't either) but can ride a bus, take flights to Hawaii, walk and bike all over New York city but he can't fuck. Sure, Jan. I'm sure he's in pain sometimes but I'm also sure it's a built in excuse for why he achieved nothing with all the riches and resources available.

But now they can never say he didn't achieve anything and people think he's a martyr and called him Robin Hood even though he's just a rich kid who killed someone people don't like. He will wait for his family to find out and with a long line back to Sicily, they will pay for the legal case.

And if he gets off easy, it'll be because they paid for him to get off easy as there is no reason to. If you are good looking with money, life is much different. This is not a common folk hero - this is just a rich kid who convinced himself he was important after taking psychedelics for back pain. Twenty six and his injury occurred within the past decade and he tried... going to Hawaii for 2k a month and psychedelic drugs to fix a pinched nerve. But he's also soooo smart?

Mental illness might be a decent defense, tbh.

eta: just read where he said he had Lyme disease on reddit for basically 7 years which is a good sign of a munchie lmao I question how much actual pain he's in.

That depends if his life was personally impacted by UnitedHealth or not I would think. They're going to inevitably have to mention the writing on the bullets and other things I think. It would be very hard for the judge to exclude everything about it because the CEO is the guy who is ultimately responsible for this shit (I would think so anyway)

In any case, given the ridiculously high profile of this case I am assuming that when they do jury cancellation (where niggas say "I already heard of this nigga" or "I can't be impartial because I jacked/jilled off to his pictures for the past 3 months and have been sending my panties to his prison cell via DoorDash") there is a very high likelihood someone just lies because they want to do it for the memes or because they want to vote guilty/not guilty specifically.

People who have culture war poisoning (on both sides of the aisle) turned on him as soon as he stopped being a blank slate with a handsome face. Some of them like Shapiro didn't even wait to find out his political beliefs. Someone upthread was having a meltdown because not condemning him was "handing a win to leftists".

Downloaded this video from TikTok about an hour ago, and it was just removed by the original poster. The video was posted after Luigi was arrested. The original posting account had only this video, and the profile claimed to be woman that said she was in the engineering field.

I'm going from memory here, but in the caption she wrote something like "he was kind and used to always answer my video calls and went out with me to find mochi ice cream when I was drunk." She gave no indication of whether she recognized him in the mugshots despite people asking in the comments. The video had been up for like 10 hours, had more than a million views and over 110k likes, and some of the comments were telling her to take it down because it might be used against him in a court case (I'm not sure how, but maybe). This was likely taken during the masking phase of the COVID-19 pandemic (2020?).

That's why it would have been convenient for him to not have been caught and have a zero social media presence, all of us were interested in his motivations. But for the short period he eluded capture both the left and right were united.
Say what you want about the failed Trump assassin but he was good at having no social media presence

I can't believe some of you faggots. Leftists are celebrating this man. You can't seriously be standing by his actions.
Some things can cross party divides. Just because leftists like the idea of a CEO being killed doesn't mean we have to hate that a greedy scum fuck that ran a health insurance company was killed. We can all join hands in celebrating it together.

Or at least enjoy the humor of it all.

It's not like these CEOs really contribute a lot to society. And it's not handing the left a win given we can look at the guy's history and see he was plainly right wing. It's basically a populist shooting that was driven by the guy being affected by a healthcare industry gone awry due to the sick people running it every level. Most normal people can feel some sympathy for such a case because it's hard to ignore the problems of the healthcare industry and insurance companies are easy to hate here as they're a major limiting factor to many getting any care at all due to premium rates or their effects on hospital fees.

are silencers legal in the US?
i cant imagine that they are
Yes but extra hoops to jump through. You pay a one time $200 tax to feds, extra paperwork to feds, a bunch of waiting (like a month now, but it used to take like 8-12 months)

Some states ban them entirely though. Most states limit what you can do with them. Almost all states will tack on extra charges if you do anything illegal with them.

It’s the same for machine guns and sawn off shot guns and big things like 20mm anti material weapons, etc. but in the case of machine guns, another law prevents any new ones being made after mid 1986, so there is a fixed population and the price has gone astronomical.

Either the manifesto being posted online is 100% fake, or he was genuinely completely far removed from reality and just making stuff up to justify a victim complex. The "manifesto" story about his mom having issues with insurance is completely impossible to line up with his $40,000/yearly private high school education and overall family wealth, so either the whole thing is fake or he was just wholesale making stuff up/completely exaggerating the truth. He seems like a midwit (his ideas on how to "fix" japan and being pro-fake meat) yuppie who got super into the writings of Ted K instead of the basic bitch race communism that most yuppies latch onto during college. A hallmark of yuppie culture is latching onto whatever small problems they do have in their otherwise perfect easy lives, and treating that as if it was the end of the world, so I could see him developing a psychotic grudge against the Healthcare industry for they perceived injustice to his body (which was likely a medically unnecessary surgery in the first place). The quote about being bedridden for a week after a surfing lesson doesn't make much sense if his back was genuinely so f*cked up, pretty sure most people with broken/crippled back don't even attempt something like surfing. Combine that with ayahuasca, which completely fries the brains of the rich kids who indulge in it while trying to "expand their minds", and it probably became his sole purpose in life. Not saying that the CEO didn't deserve his fate, but it's almost a shame that it was some faggot rich kid is the one who took him out.
