This is very interesting. This definitely causes issues for her, immensely. If this information is accurate, Canada is affected by the suspension.

I also notice none of the countries of Chantal's neighbor's are banned. You know, the slave labour workers, India, Bangladesh, Egypt, etc.

ETA: This may possibly explain why she went for the early border hop visa run, to get another 90 day and hope the suspension is lifted next time she needs to visa hop.

Interestingly they started issuing these warnings heavily in Oct, she was near the border crossing the first week of Nov.
They're also requiring biometrics and recently extended the deadline, this extension and warning was issued two days before her trip to Wafra, where the Saudi border crossing is located. I now very much doubt she went there only to record goats and chickens.

Yes, but the residents of these 53 countries are still eligible for visa on arrival just like before. An e-visa is more convenient and expedient, but the basic requirements for obtaining a visa are the same. However, because her application now has to be reviewed in person by an agent, it could subject her to closer scrutiny, thus increasing the likelihood of her being refused entry.

That's for foreign nationals, so I don't think it applies to Chantal. The definition of "foreign national" differs from country to country, but typically it's someone who is residing in a foreign country. Chantal is on a tourist visa, so by definition she's a tourist, and is only in the country temporarily. However, she's squatting there pretending to be a foreign resident.

As part of their crackdown on illegal residents, Kuwait should be able to more easily identify visa runners like her by requiring in-person interviews. However, it's Chantal, and fat middle-aged White women from Canada are probably not their primary target audience. Time will tell.


ETA: There is not universal agreement re the meaning of "foreign national" and "foreign resident". It depends on the country. Either way, I don't think Kuwait is requiring biometrics of people on tourist visas. That wouldn't make logical sense. They're finding and deporting people who are illegally living in Kuwait, not people who are simply visiting.

I don't think Chantal hated the appearance, because it was still attention. She'd loves even the worst attention. But she won't continue showing up because she can't control the comments section and she can't dirty delete streams.

Imagine if her own youtube channel gave commenters free reign to say anything that didn't blantantly violate youtube TOS, and she couldn't delete comments. Plus she couldn't deleted the random raging community posts she posts and currently leaves up for a few hours before deleting. Then imagine she couldn't edit or delete her live streams no matter what horrible, stupid thing she blurted out?

It would be a completely different channel. Her chat and comments section would be 95 percent haters, and she'd probably rage to the point of losing her channel within weeks.

English is not my first language but I was sure a foreign national is simply someone who is not a resident of that country and a foreign resident is someone who has legitimate reason for extended stay and a valid visa to do so, like a student studying abroad. Either way they're talking about Chantal in that archive. She's not a citizen, she does not have a valid reason for extended stay. They're suspending the eVISAs because it's exactly how people are abusing the system. With her biometrics registered and having to apply for a visa on arrival, they're likely not going to let her stay there indefinitely, unless this is all political blustering. Who knows, these backwards ass countries are retarded and they might just rubberstamp her every 90 days regardless.
