As I understand the situation, the police responded to a counterfeit bill being passed, which was done at the request of his dealer, who had Floyd consume the dealer's entire stash prior to the police detaining him. If the police hadn't shown, he'd probably not consume a dealer's stash of fentanyl or fentanyl laced drugs, but he'd still be committing felonies.

As I recall from the post mortem he'd already consumed a lethal dose of fentanyl anyway. Two types of fentanyl in the blood, one type the type regular fentanyl turns into when it's been processed by your liver, both types on their own more than enough to kill a person

I can hardly wait for the appeals court to render their decision. I wonder how long they'll try to delay nuking the entire thing? I imagine they'll throw her completely under the bus instead of trying to affirm any part of it and risk getting turbofucked by SCOTUS.
