UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson fatally shot outside Hilton hotel in Midtown in targeted attack: cops - Just Part and Parcel of visiting a Big City

Maybe Trump should outlaw stock compensation for C-level managers?
I mean that sounds immature but it’s really not a terrible thought experiment.

Would these execs do the same job if their stock awards were historically half of what they are now? Probably. But do we want the feds saying who can earn what, especially when the shareholders effectively have already agreed to the terms of compensation and have board member representing them on comp committees?

I’m not C suite and never will be, but I do really like my equity awards and RSU’s. That shit will make a worlds of difference if me or my spouse came into a chronic condition early into retirement.

Pretty much the best outcome. Reddit and commiefags can’t claim him now. All of these things are securely culturally right wing. Or at least kookily centrist. So they’re demoralized by this news and that makes my apprehension incorrect.

Sorry wagie

I do not think he did it. I think this is a set up.

He comes out and says:
It's completely out of touch and an insult to the intelligence of the American people.

That by itself is vague enough and can be construed to mean that our health care and the insurance agencies are out of touch and an insult to the American people but I do not think so. I think he is saying that to believe he is the killer is an insult to our intelligence.

So this is supposedly a man who was able to kill a high powered CEO and get away with it.

He is a brilliant man who assassinates this CEO, leaves a bag with monopoly money and a fake ID to be found, and escapes the city without detection.

He was valedictorian, went to UPenn, got a masters in CS.

But he gets picked up due to a wagie snitching on him at a McDonald's, and not only do they pick him up, but they pick him up with the murder weapon and a silencer, a COPY of the fake ID he left at the scene, and a mother fucking manifesto.

And what is the first line from his manifesto?

To the Feds, I’ll keep this short, because I do respect what you do for our country. To save you a lengthy investigation, I state plainly that I wasn’t working with anyone

A man who loves Uncle Ted, starts off his manifesto with that? That he loves the feds and he acted alone?

This fucking STINKS.

Edit: AND he plead not guilty. Bros it's a setup.

“How do you do fellow Feds…”

I mean to your point, the entire world is undergoing multiple simultaneous happenings due to Jewish gayops. The likelyhood of this being anything but another Jewish gayops rises significantly when you take that into context

Do they not want people to report wanted individuals?

Like if they actually paid the rat then surely it'd encourage more to do the same? Not paying them is just retarded.
Ya know at the end of the day I think that most people still believe that we live in a mostly just and even nation, and that if you have information on a murder suspect, that you should put your thirsty, aching pussy aside and cooperate with law enforcement. Most people don’t live in a ghettofied world hoodlum retribution / street justice of snitches get stitches .

But not paying out on reward money will certainly cause mental shortcircuits in the most docile of sheep citizens.

I think he's not well. Something happened that broke his brain over the last year.

Anyway the not guilty plea makes sense because that's his only shot at jury nullification (I think).

While I believe it was him and I'm a believer in the mental health + psychedelic brain damage theory, reading that line in his alleged manifesto did absolutely surprise me.

That is, until I began to understand him as someone who doesn't see himself outside of the system, but a courageous internal reformer doing perceived justice on behalf of the people. Luigi doesnt see himself as disenfranchised; the system is his; the feds are his. His actions arent a wholesale rejection of the system, but punitive action for a perceived crime within it. He is self appointed executioner, not a rebel. His conception of the state and its systems is much closer to a normie than any mass shooter. Conceptualizing it like this helped me understand his successes and his failures.

Maybe it would "unite" people if you didnt immediately start sperging about "class lines" like some twitter tranny.
Yeah sure, this is Ivy league trust fund kid is totally in the same "class" as the majority of the population.

Yeah I am sure you do, you raging homo nigger. Choke on gas with your marxist bullshit.

Yeah, class solidarity but dont you dare go and make something out of yourself! If you dont stay with the other crabs in the bucket you deserve to die! Brian Thompson deserved to be killed in cold blood, shot in the back by some coward because he was talented, studied and worked hard. And for what? A one week news cylce that will be forgotten next month?
This has nothing to do with politics, "uniting the left and right" or whatever, it's just a way for you faggots to project your ressentiment on somebody better than you lol. Bioleninism in action.
Another case for

Authorities do all kinds of retarded shit that the people should be outraged over but things never happen to them. They force people arrested for drugs to become CIs and risk their lives trying to catch big time criminals or they’ll be ruined. They use the courts to get shit like qualified immunity and protect cops who fuck up. And let‘s not even go into Civil Asset Forfeiture. So yeah the idea that the police would offer a reward but stack the ability to claim that reward against tipsters is believable to me. They are relying on the Idea that the media won’t cover such stories and that people as a whole are still willing to buy into the idea that the system works and participating in it will be more beneficial than not. So I dunno maybe they pay out maybe they don’t but it’ll probably be years before anyone sees anything and whether they check off the 50 different requirements to claim it. Or even who gets it between the old man who noticed the guy or the employee who actually made the call and lol even if they called the right number because if they didn’t call the tipline apparently they are fucked from what I read.

YouTube pisses me off every time they delete the videos and channels of criminals. They removed Robert Bever's @ColtEmpireClassic channel for no reason, making piecing together the background less convienient.

I guess they're trying to virtue signal they oppose murder and don't want them to be pilgrimage sites for their cultists, but they won't do anything about all the comments people post supporting it.
I teally think they should just put it into an archive mode or something. Nobody can do anything but view. And that only happens after the crimminals have been dealt with.

They’re all overworked and up against a wall should they make a single mistake. They have to deal with junkies, Karen demanding magic pills, Karens who consult Dr. Google, Karens pissed they can’t get their kid’s Ritalin because of shortages, poor people who are in pain and or dying, people who get charged $4000 for one med while state employees pay $0 for the same med.

Pharmacists have zero control and they have more shit shoved at them all of the time. They have to make calls, and follow up with docs and insurance, deal with shortages, and rebate handling PBM’s , other pharmacies, and give out clot shots and make their numbers for their corporate structure.

Your local pharmacist also has to understand not only the drugs, their complications and interactions, but also understand the hugely fucked up medical system (something you refuse to even attempt to do) in a way that they can successfully navigate and explain it to people.

This is the stupidest fucking take in the thread. You are spouting off horsehit about a system you refuse to learn about.

The money a pharmacist makes is paltry for the amount of stress and bullshit and abuse they put up with.
Total Pharmacist Death

I mean that sounds immature but it’s really not a terrible thought experiment.
Considering Trump’s current team and the peoplr he has round him it could honestly stand s chance of actually having the numbers of crunched on if it would work or not. If for no other reasons than to try and stop people wanting to see CEOs dead.

The rest of what you said are things to question. But this one doesn't mean anything. There's absolutely 0 reason to plead guilty to murder. Even if you videotape yourself murdering a random man on the steeet in front of a police station. There's always a chance for annulment, plea deals, mistrial, etc if you take it to court. More time in jail and out of prison. If you have a message to send, you can only do that in court. You plead guilty to dumb minor shit like jaywalking to get less of a fine.

I also think the guy had a narcisisstic streak. Lots of shirtless pictures and tons of time at the gym.
crimes of passion and revenge (jilted spouses, retaliation , kill the kids in a custody dispute etc) are often narcissists. anything that falls under “if I can’t have you nobody will.”

theres certain obituaries I have read with great pleasure in my life , but the fact I didn’t help them arrive at their destination reassures me.

I believe he did it, if the stuff found on him in Altoona wasn't planted. The Mark Rosario ID is ironically the smoking gun here. However, I am not confident in a murder conviction.

  1. The pistol found on him at Altoona looks like a Glock. Grainy as the shooting video is, the pistol in the shooting appeared to be a Brügger & Thomet VP9. This may because he appeared to be manually feeding every shot, but it doesn't really look like a Glock from what I can tell.gun-comp.jpgb60d8aba-c6e9-4def-8d2d-8a731ba5ee19.jpg
  2. They need to prove he was in New York City a week ago. The Mark Rosario ID does help with this, but I am surprised that he wouldn't have cut that ID up into small pieces and throw them in a bum's trashfire on the way to Altoona. It's harder to destroy a pistol inconspicuously, but he had 3 other fake IDs that he did not use in New York and he should have sliced it up and burned it. I am not convinced that it wasn't planted.
  3. Even if he was in New York City a week ago, I have yet to see proof that the smiling man in the hostel (whom I fully believe is Luigi Mangione) is also the same jacketed man on the shooting video. They may prove he was in New York, but they need to link "Mark Rosario" to that shooting.
  4. They need to find a jury of 12 people that will play ball and convict him based on the facts, and despite everyone knowing that he probably did it, people really fucking hate C-level executives that build their wealth off of denying insurance claims. We could see jury nullification (unlikely for murder), but it's more likely we'll see a hung jury or a mistrial due to juror prejudice in the defendant's favor.
So yeah, he probably did it. But proving beyond any reasonable doubt that he not only stayed at that hostel but was the same faceless man that pulled the trigger, and getting a full jury of his peers to side against him is going to be a real headache for the state of New York.
