I'm sure Russel will have many amazing witnesses, lots of amazing documents and and tons of amazing reasons why he didn't provide shit.
Or, he'll just give up again because Hardin wouldn't promise to take everything that didn't meet his approval off the Internet.

Most likely the former, given his outstanding legal acumen, but we'll have to see how it all shakes out.

Petition for the next silver coin (🌈) to be inscribed FONS·DOLORIS·SUMUS; We are the hardship (roughly translated).

About the only out-of-the-ordinary response I could possibly foresee is that he might include a photo or two of Stalin to break up all the Hitler pics.
I kind of hope he does that now.
I can't wait for him to lose another and then get the "never thought of before airtight and unable to fail" idea to try and sue a judge.
I really hope he does this. Do it, Russ! The recalcitrant judge was the true hardship all along!

Recalcitrant is going to get shoved into Russ' lexicon now. That's not an everyday word so it looks fancy and a judge said it so it must be a legalese magic word for "bad uncooperative meanie" he can use against the next whore who doesn't like the Olive Garden dinner.
It almost reminds me of the time an appeals court judge described Morrissey, who was refusing to pay royalties to the non-Johnny Marr members of The Smiths, as "devious, truculent and unreliable."

The next angry letter he wrote to the New Musical Express about an article they wrote on him, he used that exact phrase himself.

Except with less autism and slurping, since Moz has a knack for invective.
I thought Putin ran PACER and that's why Jackie can't find the Torswat case
That was because originally the indictment was sealed, as often happens when there are confidential grand jury proceedings concerning a suspect who is not currently in custody, or concerning a case where other potential coconspirators are not currently in custody.
It was unsealed last month.

"Your honor, I insist that the defendants be prevented from cross examining my witnesses. I only get 20 minutes apiece before I won't have enough money left over to take them to Olive Garden afterwards."
I want him to give his witness list, so all his "witnesses" can say "bitch, I ain't showing up for your whore fest." Because then he has to compel their presence, and being a drooling, slurping retard, he has no idea how to do that.

Turns out Null never paid the 10th circuit fine according to Russ

It was issued to the winning party. Whether or not any were to go to his lawyers depends on the agreement Russ had with them
It says PRINTING costs, and Russ's probono lawyers were the ones printing without charging him.

Russ even says in the email "A check can be made to Andrew Grimm of the Digital Justice foundation, CC'd on this email, for the full amount owed."

I'm guessing Hardin sent the money to DJT, who kept it instead of giving Russ the $225 they spent on printing costs representing him for free
