Santa Claus is a rogue collective tulpa. An amorphous blob of dimensional mental energy that takes the form of a jolly man in red, who's entire appearance is based off the casual observer and the energy around the observer. He knows no ill will except for those who are extremely naughty.
That's how he's capable of being everywhere and anywhere. That's how he knows who is naughty and who is nice.
We cannot harm him conventionally, but he plays along with us because it would damage our psyche for an upper dimensional being to casually interact with us.
That's why the biggest threat to his existence falls upon us believing in him. In recent years, we have started to believe that he is in fact an evil, loathing and violent being ( The work of Jews in the Media) but it's not working as well as they thought.
