Greta Gustava Martela / Kjel Anderson & Nina Chaubal / Niraj Chaubal - Stole $350k+ from Trans Lifeline, kill count of 2+ from negligence, Founders of Sisterwood/La Zorra.

How long do you think a fat troon could live off another fat troon's body. I'd say 2 or 3 weeks.
Two days max. These are not people who know how to process, render and preserve a carcass. This is not a rugby team crashed in the Andes - they don't have subzero temps to freeze the dead bodies. One of them falls over dead, they have about 48 hours before things get maggoty.

Thanks Greta. Thanks for leading us down this path wherein we are forced to contemplate how you and your kind aren't competent enough to pull off the relative grandeur of pre-mass-suicide Jonestown or even survival-level cannibalism. Go forth into the woods, ladies. Surely it will be an experience akin to Thoreau at Walden Pond but without all that tiresome transcendentalism and not, say, the premise of a 2019 Netflix documentary pieced together from forensics remains and prison interviews with the survivors.

This is how I imagine it would go down.

Geena and partner would be the first to die, because they need their scooters to move the whale blubber. Greta turns it around to say they were chasers wasting resources.

Toren smells cocaine, drags Phil along to find it. Thinking Phil knows spanish, he tries to make him talk to the cartel dealers. Instead Phil offers some translatina ass, and the cartel kills Toren.

Phil an hero's by squeaking and triumphantly throwing his bike at them. They shoot him. Greta doesn't bother looking, because Phil was a liability.

Laurelai does nothing, wastes food, tries to stage a coup on Greta. Gets exiled and dies of exhaustion.

Richard gets worried for his safety, plans to leave with Billie and the other younger members. Meanwhile Greta secretly makes a few phone calls.

Greta leaves Richard on guard, takes Nina with him to "forage". Tells Nina its been "ICE knowing you" as a helicopter descends to deport him. Greta rides back home, changes name, Gretatown now blamed on Bill.

Greta will serve them all special Kool-Aid, promising it will turn them all into real women. And that will be the solution to the tranny problem.
They'll clean it up by doing whatever they do when a whale beaches itself and dies by the rich part of town.

I'm not posting the video of them dynamiting a whale twice in one thread.

Marian's friend "Fate Fatale" mentioned Kjel and Marian's relationship in a small memorial page written after Marian's death:

In the memorial page they use the name "Kal". I wonder whether this is an accident, a deliberate misspelling to conceal the real identity, or some other explanation.

In short, the marriage didn't work, Kjel's parents adopted and raised the girl, and Kjel went off to the military.

Assuming this is our lolcow and the account in the memorial page is accurate, that child was adopted, which would terminate any obligation then-Kjel would have had to financially support the child. He/she still ultimately abandoned the child, but that would indicate that the failure to pay child support entirely or overwhelmingly pertains to the second child.

I don't remember coming across any documentation about her second marriage beyond that FB post about then-Kjel's wife objecting to a style of glasses. Where do the accusations of refusing to pay child support stem from, and what do we know about the second marriage and child? This would be useful for attacking her personal character rather than TLL and her management of it and related temperament, but still useful nonetheless.

Below in the spoiler are some screenshots about this from a fascinating 2011 documentary about Marian's life:

Has anyone watched the documentary? How informative is it?

Two weeks ago there was a true and honest tranny suicide of one of the more nutso hardcore TLL asspatters.

Yeah, it was Viviphilia.

Did this person call TLL, or is there any other information about this which would be pertinent and useful to the Greta/Nina/TLL subject as a whole? Or was she just someone who happened to know Greta and kill herself?

Assuming Viviphilia did call TLL, like Liz, and the whole Leelah call is accurate, the number is 3 now. Otherwise we're at 2, if not just 1.

We could count all 93.334% calls as well, by proxy, but without confirmation it's still a guess.

Still a shit hotline regardless.

Leelah counts because Shrek claims she called. Whether she did or didn't, Shrek felt it was necessary to use her to advance his agenda. Why you'd claim a suicide when you run a suicide prevention hotline is anyone's guess, but he saw press and dollar signs and decided to stick his giant ogre fingers into it.
So we have 3 confirmed suicides linked to TLL, thousands of missed calls, and who knows how many other deaths, injuries, or unlinked suicides due to missed calls, bad or flat out wrong advice, and refusal to call for medical attention.

Has anyone watched the documentary? How informative is it?
Just about everyone in the punk scene called Greta "Kal" or "Kyle." I suspect they were just calling him by an Anglicized version of the name. There was never any sense that anyone was trying to shelter his identity, or that Kjel himself was trying to distance himself from his real name. Interestingly, Kjel and Marian's first and last names are often spelled wrong, even by their own band mates. Her name was Marian Holloway but you'll see Marion and Halloway. Kjel Anderson shows up as Kal, Kalle, Kyle and Kjell and sometimes his last name is spelled as Andersen.

If the documentary is Last Fast Ride, it's a typical California punk documentary. In the continuing effort to make sure he is always occupied, Henry Rollins narrates the film and it relies on interviews with also-rans from the punk scene. The most ardent punk fans found themselves asking who these people were.

Marian is only notable in that she was sort of pretty, often behaved on stage like a female gg allin, and died from an overdose. INSAINTS and 5 Fingers were not particularly good or influential bands and the film likely got traction because the California punk scene was a boys club and Marian was their analogue to being a girl online. Compared to women like Exene Cervenka, Alice Bag, or even Wendy O Williams, Marian was unimpressive. But if mentally unstable women who become addicts and sex workers and spend most of their time trying to self-destruct entertains you, it may be worth watching.

It's not really worth a look where this thread is concerned because it doesn't really give much insight into Kjel.

New TLL Medium post:

What´s the deal with tranny immigrants

https://medium.com/@Translifeline/whats-the-deal-with-trans-immigrants-ae0c98b9004e

http://archive.is/wLSo4

As our Founder, Nina Chaubal has been held in immigrant detention in Arizona, we’ve faced a steep learning curve ourselves coming to understand why she’s being detained, how we an support her, and how you all can be part of the #FreeNina campaign. We have come to realized that many Trans Lifeline callers and supporters know very little about how immigration works. Going into 2017, we know that Trump’s America will be even more hostile to LGBTQ immigrants, so we wanted to set the record straight. We sat down with co-founder of Transcend Arizona, Victoria Villalba, who is a trans latinx activist, organizer, and former detainee herself. She generously agreed to answer our top 10 questions, and here’s what she said!

1) Why should LGBTQ and allied people care about immigration?
Often LGBTQ people flee their country of origin because they are unsafe — facing physical violence, severe discrimination, and/or death threats. These people seek asylum, protection granted by a host nation to someone who has left their native country as a political refugee. People who request asylum at the border or are caught at the border trying to cross illegally are taken into custody and sent to an immigration detention facility.

2) What are the common misconceptions that US citizens have about non-citizens?
Many citizens assume that people are in immigration proceedings because they did something wrong. They assume that there is an “easy way” or a “right way” for most people to come the United States. For most people who do not have US citizen family members or an advanced degree in a specialized field, there is no real legal pathway to immigrate to the United States. People can only request asylum from within US territory or at the US border, which is extremely difficult for many non-Mexican asylum seekers.

3) Can you describe a typical scenario in which LGBTQ immigrants are put into ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement) custody?
ICE, Border Patrol, and law enforcement are continually looking for undocumented people through various means — immigration checkpoints, busts on employers, and even traffic stops. These officials will put undocumented people in immigration detention centers even if they have already been living in the US for many years and have not committed any crime.

With only 3 judges and thousands of cases to be heard, the courts are backlogged. The immigrant then waits to be issued a bond, a contract in which the prisoner will pay money as a promise that they will come to a court date at a later date. People often wait 6 months to get a bond, and even then the cost is usually over $10,000 so many lack the ability to pay and spend months behind bars waiting to see a judge.

Since, the US government pays privately-owned detention centers for every person that they hold, the centers have an incentive to keep people as long as possible. In 2009 Congress passes the bed quota, requiring ICE to fill at least 34,000 detention beds each night or pay a fine. This often leads ICE to lock up immigrants who are not required to be locked up by law. Some people may languish in detention for 3+ years as their case goes through the courts and the appeals process.

After submitting an asylum application, immigrants wait another 180 days to get a work permit. At the trial, the judge ultimately decides if the immigrant has enough reason to fear returning to their country of origin in order to qualify for asylum. The judge’s determination is made based on letters, individual testimony, and country conditions reports. The vast majority of asylum seekers who fight their cases from inside detention centers are denied; those who are free have better odds.

4) Q: How do people get out of detention?
People can be granted parole by ICE, which is not common but may be granted under pressure from the community. Another way that people can get out of detention is by having their bond paid assuming the are granted a bond. The other way to get out of detention is to win your immigration case or to be deported.

5) Q: What rights do undocumented people have?
Officially, undocumented people have constitutional rights such as those guaranteed in the Bill of Rights (freedom of expression, etc). However, those rights are often withheld, especially in ICE custody. Many trans women are held in solitary confinement or with men, where they are likely to be seuxally assaulted. ICE is notorious for human right violations against trans women with cases dating back over a decade ago of refusing medical care, covering up inmate abuse, and more.

6) How prevalent are abuses against trans women?
One fifth of all confirmed sexual assault cases in ICE facilities involved transgender victims. There have been cases in which guards sexually assaulted transgender detainees while “in protective custody”. The Santa Ana pod in California houses exclusively transgender women, but reports of abuses and human rights violations are common there as well. ICE has shown time and again that they are incapable of keeping transgender people safe.

7) What was your experience in detention like?
Detention was one of the most traumatizing and emotionally scarring things that ever happened to me, being arrested for something as simple as wanting to survive. To the present day, I suffer from many post-detention illnesses (mental, emotional problems).

8) Can you describe the work that you do supporting trans immigrants?
Transcend Arizona visits and writes letters to trans and queer migrants in the detention centers. We also correspond with trans people in jails and prisons. We try to connect migrants with legal resources and sometimes try to help them with fundraising to pay bonds. We provide support after people are released from detention, including those who are deported. The support we provide includes connecting people with housing and legal resources, helping them find jobs as well as emotional support. Sometimes, asylum seekers contact us before reaching the border and we provide them with support and information.

9) What are resources you would suggest for people who want to learn more?
People are welcome to message us on Facebook through our page.

https://www.hrw.org/report/2016/03/...ering-here/abuse-against-transgender-women-us

10) Q: How can people help support your work?
We are a grassroots organization that operates on a shoestring budget. If people are able to donate, every dollar makes a huge difference. We are all volunteers so all donations go directly to our work, there is no overhead. We especially need money to be able to pay bonds so that people can get out of detention.

Of course none of that applies to Nina. She wasn't fleeing any threat in India and she had a legal pathway to residency open to her - she just couldn't be bothered taking that pathway. Why should anyone believe that she'll comply with other laws when she didn't comply with the ones essential to her remaining in the US.

Wow Where do I begin with that drek of an article

Shrek said:

Let me answer that question for you Greta. Somehow even though Nina had ample opportunity to become a citizen either though google or by marrying you, somehow you were both incompetent enough to let it slide. Because you're both fucking idiots you took a trip though Arizona and nina got ICE'd. Asylum is the last option.

This troon town sounds awfully cultish, i wouldn't be surprised if it happened and we saw a mass killing a few years from now.

I wonder how many "cult signs" apply to shrek.

Ten warning signs of a potentially unsafe group/leader.
  1. Absolute authoritarianism without meaningful accountability.
  2. No tolerance for questions or critical inquiry.
  3. No meaningful financial disclosure regarding budget, expenses such as an independently audited financial statement.
  4. Unreasonable fear about the outside world, such as impending catastrophe, evil conspiracies and persecutions.
  5. There is no legitimate reason to leave, former followers are always wrong in leaving, negative or even evil.
  6. Former members often relate the same stories of abuse and reflect a similar pattern of grievances.
  7. There are records, books, news articles, or television programs that document the abuses of the group/leader.
  8. Followers feel they can never be "good enough".
  9. The group/leader is always right.
  10. The group/leader is the exclusive means of knowing "truth" or receiving validation, no other process of discovery is really acceptable or credible.
Thanks for posting this, it's funny (if that's the right word) to see how much this applies here. One difference between the troon cult and regular cults, though, is that there are several different "leaders" around whom people cluster, liable to change based upon who shouts the loudest and denounces their rivals hardest. Kind of an alpha male thing.

One disturbing similarity between the troon community and a cult that I'd add:
I'm creepily fascinated by cults, and an FAQ that comes up is, "How do cults manage to recruit people who are otherwise intelligent, mature adults?" The answer is that successful cults don't start out with aliens and Kool Aid. They find your insecurities. They find a person who is unhappy and say, "Maybe you're unhappy because you're hanging out with the wrong people/there are unaddressed problems in your past/you've lost sight of your religion/the problem is with the world, not you. Why not give us a try and see how you feel?"

The next phase is lovebombing and isolation. You make the inductee feel loved. You take up as much of their time as possible. You surround them with cultees who are fully in and go on about how happy they are. Eventually, this community becomes preferable to reality.

That's when things get darker. You start bringing the crazy in, bit by bit. As with an abusive relationship, you can start withholding love as a means of instilling fear. Any outsider who tries to speak up, you convince the cultist that they're an enemy - by this means, people can be convinced to abandon spouses, kids, parents, anyone. And the end result is a fully compliant little robot who isn't any happier, but has hypnotised themselves into thinking they are.

It's not hard to see how this pattern fits the troons. The talk of an "egg phase" and of troons nurturing other men into taking up the troon lifestyle is incredibly disturbing in this light. You get a guy who's unhappy and convince him that maybe his penchant for wearing women's underwear or that furtive fapping over TS porn is symptomatic of his real problem. "That's how I learned I was trans," says the troon. "Talk to these people." Push him in the direction of the Rat King.

Their anti-police and anti-medical views are the worst thing any suicide hotlines can have.

Telling scared people who are probably either mentally ill or having bad reactions to meds/hormones that cops are "Systematically violent to trans people" and that hospitals will "Lock you up" is irresponsible and ignorant.

Fuck, most cops and doctors not out in Hillbilly Land are probably used to seeing trans people and, as long as you don't act like an asshole, will be more than willing to help.
The trouble is that they want everyone to buy into their fantasy in which they are a beautiful young woman. Fine if you're just going to stomp around town in a dress, but doctors cannot work with that. They can't treat a patient as female if they are physically male because reality doesn't give a shit about language policing.

I disagree. There tends to be a backlash against loud and extreme movements and it doesn't take decades to happen. When that backlash happens, those causes tend to languish for a prolonged period of time. It happened with feminism, black rights and gay rights. There's no particular reason trans rights will be immune to the pendulum swinging the other way.
Another point to note is that women, black people and homosexuals all had legitimate rights issues to deal with. Trans people can vote, marry, adopt kids, work, and are under the full protection of the law. Yes, there's transphobic violence, but there's also homophobic violence, racist violence and misogynistic violence. In most cases, the rights issues surrounding trans people are relatively minor things, like bathrooms, athletics and terminology. Some of them are positively stupid, like the "cotton ceiling." Then there's the fact that the likes of the Rat King actually don't want a lot of the rights they complain about not having, because they'd rather be immune to society's rules and responsibilities.

The triviality of the trans MtF population's focus is also easily seen in bullshit like destroying historically female colleges, and ripping apart FtMs who end up at these institutions as inherently predatory because they're "absolutely men and therefore this makes them as bad as, if not worse than, cis men for wanting to be around other female-bodied people." Naturally, reality like birth sex and socialization are only considered an issue if you're MtF, and this is often turned upside down into "MtFs were socialized female at birth by internalizing all the terrible things society says about women." Their logic on the flip side, of course, is that FtMs have no right to discuss things like sex-based oppression because they were, by this faulty logic, somehow brought up as men. I agree with @repentance, this has already destroyed the main, useful tenets of feminism and soured a lot of people on even hearing the word since so much of the above is propped on its shoulders. Even healthcare isn't safe. It's bad enough that a small Canadian Planned Parenthood was the one that hosted the original "cotton ceiling" workshop, but there was a period of time where MtFs were aggressively protesting a women's health center because it didn't include services for them. I cannot find the link right now, but the self-centered and delusional nature of such an act should be indicative enough that this movement is dangerous to both the people within it, and outside of it.

Made up problems that fuck up everybody else's party, that is for fucking sure.

If you think about it, though, this behavior plays nicely into the "keep them in fear, and keep them in line" rule of thumb for cults. It's no wonder that women and FtMs defending the autogynephiles screaming this kind of shit end up doing so usually out of a direct fear or threat of being ostracized or expunged from the community, perhaps even at a loss of their resources. Being an unrelenting asshole goes places when it comes to running a tight ship of pirates and terrified hostages.

Also I normally am sympathetic to people with immigration issues, but Nino is lazy and disingenuous. Honestly hoping he gets deported for being such a brass-balled liar. There are so many people seeking legitimate avenues to immigrate, and he had it. He fucked it up. It's his own fault and he is still soapboxing like a motherfucker.

For a bit I almost felt bad for this dude since it looked/looks like Ogrelord uses him for oppression points and free labor, but honestly, he's a right little shit regardless. Fuck his little interview, if he thinks what he's written applies to him, he is as garbage as Ogrelord.
