I would given that he was probably captured alive and deliberately killed despite surrendering. (If he was killed - seems deeply unlikely to me if the US had him that they'd actually just kill him outright. So far as I recall the USA was not at war with Pakistan and are not Pakistani law enforcement. They just flew into the country and killed him (if they did).

All this to say that murder or not murder has more to do with if there's a trial and due process than right or wrong. Or if there's an immediate threat to your life that makes it self-defence. In which case it can still even be murder if one deliberately uses excessive force or pursues it after the threat has ended.

It is more viable in my opinion to make a case that a murder can be justified, than if justified something is not murder.

women are sick of thoughts and prayers. it's women who are most hurt by insurance companies' greed - the cost to have a baby, the cost of HRT after menopause, gynecological issues, endometriosis, painful periods. I'm sure every single woman on this entire site has gone to the doctor about their vagina, vulva or any of the inner workings, and has had to fight to be seen and taken seriously.
