I think he's trying to mix a gay joke with a cuck joke with an egotistical Aaron joke, so Aaron wants to fuck nick and Aaron wants to watch nick fuck and Aaron is narcissistic enough to want to watch himself.
Except the joke also paints nick as gay perhaps more so since his proposal like all his legal ones were denied, and the fact it'd have two guys one of them being Aaron ruins the other two jokes since watching yourself fuck isn't cuckolding and if he's having sex with nick the mirror would show both people so more like Aaron just getting another view of he and nick having sex vs just of himself

It’s his (Melton’s) supertip platform. I mentioned this in Melton’s thread but it’s basically the superchat thing from Streamlabs but he takes a cut, he gets to choose which AI voices you can use, and he allegedly asks you for way too much of your banking/financial info. I think his middle eastern catamite Mahmoud helped him cobble it together.
