I'm going to rebel. I think Greer will meet the deadline, but will fail to do what he was supposed to do, and instead file a whiney motion that he will have no witnesses because f8128974820f6ceca4b05d3532db44dfa39e763b SHA1

I wonder why Ratmouth is so interested in Nulls financing?
I don't think he actually is. He thinks Josh is scared to reveal it, and he's trying to scare him into settling with the threat of public disclosure.

Because Hardin asked for Russ's financing so Russ said "No u"

I also suspect Skordas audited him to prove he could afford to pay the $1500 in court fees Skordas was awarded and waited nearly a year to be paid before sending a cop to Russ's house, so Russ waited nearly a year for Null to pay and probably thinks that means he can send a cop to Null's house and bare all his finances to the court

The whole issue is moot if Null pays it, or already has. Incidentally you're automatically taxed with both costs and fees if you lose a discovery dispute whether you brought it or defended it.

He'll say they were rat bastards that stabbed him in the back and left him at the mercy of Matthew "Da Hardship" Hardin.
He'll call them good boys he was unable to retain due to circumstances beyond his control (The Plights) and the real injustice was the court let the defense have a lawyer when he wasn't allowed to.

Greer will fail to meet the deadline, spending all of his time reversing SHA1 hashes for advice.
Another masterful play by the Hardin Farms.

I will reveal the advice in my hash on one condition: Russ has to email me a picture of Hitler I have never seen before.

Ball's in your court, Russ, time's ticking!

I think he will meet it but the (non existent) witnesses will have backed out because they are scared the the evil farms and he will ask for yet more time to drum up some excuses.

I chose "He will not meet it, and attempt a post hoc justification" not because I think that's what will happen, but because that's what I want to happen. I have no clue what actually will happen, with Greer I've learned to unexpect the expected. The man's a maverick and each maneuver has me even more amazed and in awe.

He's scared so he'll make timely "disclosures" but they will be plight sperging, or just list like his dad and a couple other random people he's complained to with no contact information.

It's possible he'll claim that he thought the motion about the fees paused everything, but I think the judge has told him no on that issue enough it won't work again. I expect behind the scenes Hardin has probably sent him an email chewing him out about the fee motion and reminding him it doesn't effect his expectation of disclosures and stuff by Monday.

If he names Taylor Swift as a witness she'll be forced to show up for his deposition! Finally Russel's master plan will payoff.

I can see it now. Taylor Swift has been called to the stand and sworn in as a witness. Since she's there as a plaintiff's witness, Russel gets to ask the first set of questions. Russel asks Taylor about his song. He looks at her and she looks at him. They make eye contact, staring into the beauty of each other's souls. Romantic music swells and...hold on, that's actual romantic music in real life, not my imagination.

Ahh, my husband was watching a chick flick in the other room and had the TV turned up too loud. Nevermind.

I like mine better - She sends Travis Kelce, in her place and Russ, has a Ralph Wiggum-esque heart break for everyone to witness live. On the other side of the courtroom Null is out of breath from laughing directly in Russ's direction and Kelce is on the stand asking the judge why he's there while waiting for Russ to gather the courage to slobber his words out to this NFL tight end who's pounding out dream girl on the regular.
