Aaron sent Kayla's nude to Geno the day after she sent him a message asking him not to talk about the polycule publicly and not to contact her family. We know the content of that message because Aaron shared it publicly.

It's also not clear exactly what information Aaron gave to police related to the arrests and when he provided that information but he can't speak to what was happening in the Rekieta household at the time of the search and arrests, and that's the time period which relates to the charges the polycule face. It's difficult to imagine that he would have any value as a potential witness in the drug related charges because he hadn't been there for some time.

I'm inclined to believe that Nick and Aaron have both acted out of spite at times, with Nick doing so to a far greater degree.
Aaron may be useful on the Child Endangerment charge if it stands. There is no comparison in morality and criminality between Nick and Aaron, one of them left the polycule and did not feed his daughter cocaine.

I have a question regarding Nick's driver's license. We're just assuming that his license was suspended, right? Did I miss something?

I looked at MCRO for Nick's traffic violations today bc I'm intrigued that Kayla drove him to his settlement conference and seems to have been (possibly) driving when Nick called into The Dick Show. He's been convicted of everything and it's been sent to collections.

Apparently, MCRO doesn't report license suspensions publicly but the law is clear. 4 traffic violations within 1 year get you a 30-day suspension.

The following 4 screenshots are for the 4 violations on Apri 6, 2024

Meanwhile, the violations on March 23, 2024 and March 29, 2024 were also sent to collections with smaller fines:

Do we actually think this is real? A fight club in college? Like how he murdered animals to seem cool?

I believe none of what this tone deaf thin armed retard has to say ever and always.

Unsure if "we" actually think this is real. It's just what Kayla has said a couple times on separate streams and Nick corroborated. The "fight club" primarily involved grappling with only a bit of striking. Kayla would never tap out so Nick would lose. Kayla would later get more into fitness (and boxing in particular) and that's when she started casually punching Nick more often.

Believe what you want.

I´m pretty sure he was listed on the criminal cases as a witness, no?
You're right, MCRO_34-CR-24-342_Discovery Disclosure_2024-07-16_20241212214532.pdf indicates April and Aaron were interviewed by the police. I don't know if that means they will be expected to testify for the prosecution if it goes to trial though. That seems unnecessary.

As you pointed out, Nick certainly qualifies for a license suspension in Minnesota. But there is no conclusive evidence that he has received a license suspension. Kayla driving him to the hearing is circumstantial evidence, but not true evidence. I also wouldn't take anything that Nick said to Dax as evidence one way or the other. Because....Nick lies a whole lot of the time.

The thing that really shocks me is that they still has not paid the fines. All his behavior on this tickets is just about Sovereign Citizen behavior. He refused to carry insurance or register his car. He ignored the tickets entirely and let them turn into convictions. Then all this time later he is still refusing to pay the fines associated with the tickets.n

If the right person in government saw the combination of all those things, they would conclude that Nick was begging for a license suspension and give him one.

Do we actually think this is real? A fight club in college? Like how he murdered animals to seem cool?

I've seen photos of Nick from that era and its impossible to take it seriously. He was a painfully skinny unhealthy looking nerd. I can't take the idea of him being a fighter or an athlete seriously. Nick seems at best to be the type of guy who took karate classes in high school from a strip mall dojo.

Some people here, including myself, think it might be, yes. There's no actual proof though. Nor would it be easy to find out.

Evidence in support is he's accumulated a shitton of tickets in a short time, and Kayla was seen driving him to the courthouse.

I asked for clarification on that, and @Himedall All-seeing Waifu said it wasn't clear who was driving. Him or Kayla.

Correct. That scheme was one of the things driving my belief he might have a suspended license.

You will also note that it says offenses. Not tickets. By my count, he's had NINE offenses, from four tickets/stops in a 12 month period ranging from 4/15/2023 to 4/6/2024. It also says something about the suspension occurring only after the issuance of a warning letter though. I dunno if he got one.

Basically, it's gonna be a bitch to determine for sure, but it's plausible he can't legally drive.

April ostensibly still has a valid license. That was the rumor that was bullshit.

Aaron's lucky he got entangled with 3 of the very few people near him that are more detestable than he is

We were speculating that Nick's licence was suspended even before that, when he mentioned Kayla driving the kids somewhere. Her continuing to drive after that solidified that suspicion.

Urrgg. Nick!! Just take your white-ass-privilege plea deal slap on the wrist, make a stream about how it's actually a victory and keep fucking around until you do something the feds can't ignore. Puh-leeze, this shit is getting so boring.
I doubt that Nick is ever going to become less tedious. If it weren't for his legal woes, there'd be almost nothing about him to discuss.

The only way I see the hack having any influence in Aaron´s case is the judge basically telling they all stop fucking around.
regarding Aaron´s case, everything was way after the alleged crime. It matters for the possible case against Nick regarding the CFA breach.
How? The victim is not the accuser, the state is. The crime obviously precedes any communication with Aaron and his lawyer as well.
Also there is no retroactive intimidation regarding the hacking, Nick only revealed the hacking in November and Aaron cannot be intimidated by something he doesn´t know.
I think the reason there is an investigation into Nick & his “friends” allegedly hacking Aaron’s account, is two fold in how it could relate to Aaron’s current criminal case. First is if Nick accessed attorney client emails, then it’s related. It doesn’t matter when it first started as much as it matters that Nick had access to privileged info before Aaron’s case wrapped up, otherwise a deal would have likely happened yesterday at Aaron’s settlement conference. Aaron is one lucky bastard that Nick & Melton are idiots who spilled the beans before Aaron’s current case resolved.

The second way it could be related is as a witness intimidation thing, as an argument could be made that Nick, Kayla, & April made the complaint against Aaron in retaliation of Aaron as a witness in their own criminal cases, & even though it’s the state vs Aaron, the reason for their complaint is relevant if Aaron’s lawyers can show this. It’s no mystery why “Aaron’s team” asked for 60 more days to investigate these issues.

Aarons lawyers can use both angles to try & get Aaron’s case dismissed or charges lowered. It all comes down to what will be found in the computer records, access logs, & what can be shown & proven. The fact is that Nick had access for a long time, it doesn’t have to line up with exactly when Aaron sent Geno that pic of Kayla. Nick allegedly had access to Aaron’s email & other Google account stuff from before his own arrest through mid September, so it’s possible he’s read all kinds of privileged emails for a variety of issues. According to some of the stuff both Nick & Melton said & alluded to, they both accessed years of Aaron’s history.

I imagine it’s taking a while to get the records & investigation wrapped up. That report will likely be leveraged against Aaron’s current charges, & Aaron could have a case against Nick & any “buddies” Nick included in his vendetta. The state may also have a case against Nick & anyone else involved in accessing Aaron’s private email & account stuff. Nick could also face censure for reading privileged info as a lawyer himself & lose his license. It may be a longer time coming, not instant, but he clearly fucked up. All to try & be cool online.

Donuts to dollars he's not now nor has he ever been considered a potential witness in this case. "We used to fuck" doesn't mean they want your testimony in an open-shut possession case.
Aaron was one of the people who they talked to in order to get the warrant. That makes him a person relevant to the proceedings, as he might have been called as a witness in case a Frank's hearing had taken place and the warrant had been challenged more thoroughly. In that case the state would have had to prove that they
a) knew who the reporting people were and

b) actually talked to them and inquired further and did not just accept the word of someone who "hates Nick".

Nick and Kayla both directly paint this criminal case as revenge by Aaron and tried getting the warrant thrown out because "they did not disclose properly that Aaron had MORE than just a little falling out with Nick/April/Kayla". Aaron was mentioned in police reports, Aaron was used for the search warrant, Aaron is mentioned in multiple filings in the cases against Nick and Kayla.

It is not up for us to decide who will be a witness in court. Aaron IS a witness in this case, and he MIGHT be called depending on what the prosecutor needs him to confirm in person and on the stand to the jury. For example the anecdote about Nick accidentally leaving cocaine on the couch for the kids to find, to establish reckless behavior with drugs and that he had previously exposed children to them. (Child endangerment = drugs in a space the kids have access to)

Nick is very well aware that Aaron knows a lot about what was going on inside the Rekieta home and in the end his disapproved enough that he packed his shit and left that slow-motion trainwreck. He decided to remove his own kids from this potentially dangerous situation.
Hypothetically it could be something like this:
"Mr Imholte, why did you decide to no longer let your kids stay at the Rekieta's, despite them having a good relationship with their children?"
"Because it was dirty and there were drugs lying around in spaces the children had access to."
"Did this happen regularly?"
"It started repeating itself and I no longer trusted the weak excuses made. My children are more important than anything else and the place has gotten too dangerous to leave them to play unsupervised."

The child endangerment charge and drug possession could both profit from Aaron's testimony.
He could:
a) Confirm the pattern of child endangerment with drugs in spaces the children could access
b) He could have observed either Nick, Kayla or April opening the safe with the drugs and could testify to that
c) He could have told police in advance where the drugs would be and could testify to seeing drugs in all those locations before and who showed him

They are both very much relevant witnesses because they observed the situation inside the Rekieta home for the months prior. They can both testify to multiple relevant topics, like frequency of drug use, amounts consumed per week/month, where those drugs were kept (safe, nightstand, handbag), if kids were ever in the room with drugs in plain view and accessible.

It might not be required to get that testimony in, but if this goes to trial I would fully expect both April and Aaron to get called to establish a pattern of neglect, endangerment, addict-levels of drug consumption, behavioral patterns and in general paint Nick and Kayla as the failed parents druggy scum they in fact were at that point in time.

The problem is the conspiracy to intimidate a witness with the goal to harass and punish him for leaving their happy polycule relationship.
All those things are relevant for the bigger picture.

Add to multiple potential felonies connected to the illegal accessing of Aarons account, reading of privileged conversations between Aaron and his lawyer in this very same RP case, plus between the state and Aaron in the other drug case against Nick, Kayla and April, who are (big surprise) the "victim" and the "witnesses" in the fabricated RP case.

All 3 took a big steaming dump on this lawsuit and it is NOT in their best interest to have it go foward.
I think this is the thing people don't get is the intimidation of a witness, which is a serious crime and something that police and lawyers are serious about and judges as well as they want the courts to keep integrity. Melton is basically intimidating today when he is talking about how Aaron should be scared about the screen shots nick has. Not to mention that basically makes him part of the intimation and hacking. If say a guy wants to kill someone and gets a front man to do it for him (gives him the gun etc...) the front man still get's charged too. This thing that Melton will just rat Nick out is BS, he basically is part of the conspiracy they are both getting charged.

You can't access people's private information and use it against them.

Finally, you don't think the police and Prosecutors want to take on easy cases they can win. Melton has admitted to everything, it's all in his discord and the first few stream he did on this. He keeps saying he isn't going to jail, he eggs the cops on to arrest him. This is a pretty cut and dry easy case ( I think they just are delaying the charges cause the more fat ass talks the more he exposes himself and Nick). They will love to throw this hunchback in prison.

They started a "fight club" and Kayla was the only female participant. She never lost against Nick and would go on to still give Nick occasional punches throughout their marriage. Nick would complain when struck.

Since Nick never won against the only female in the fight club even in his college days it seems unlikely that he would succeed in combat against another man.
It wasn't a fight club, it was a taekwando or karate club or something like that and Nick made a deal with Kayla that he and Drexel would join the cheerleaders if Kayla and some other girls joined the taekawndo club.

That said, yes, Nick is an utter, abject coward. Best example is back in 2019, he was in a restaurant after Ty Beard bombed Vic's hearing and saw Ron Toye approaching. Nick hid in the bathroom like the scared little bitch he was and tried to spin the story on his show as him being the bigger man or whatever.
I doubt that Nick is ever going to become less tedious. If it weren't for his legal woes, there'd be almost nothing about him to discuss.
Nah, he'd be getting back into cokestreams and telling jokes about Denny's cops and his children being raped just like the good ol' days of early this year.

They didn't speak to Aaron for the warrant. They watched one of his streams. It's a pretty huge difference, but they also disclosed negatives as well. Aaron recent drug use, recent falling out, relationship ending.

It seems they did interview him after the arrests though. The drugs are likely the only witness the prosecutor needs.

If they used things Aaron said on his stream, then Aaron is a witness who might have to testify to the things he said on that stream.

The simple fact that both Nick and Kayla mention him by name in their filings to get the warrant tossed means he is pretty much in the middle of the case, no matter if he or the prosecutor want him to be there.

As a matter of fact the defense could subpoena him and question him themselves if they believe they could elicit testimony from him that either damages him as a witness and paint the entire case as his revenge fantasy, or establish that he himself accessed the safe with the cocaine at some point in time, in support of the narrative that Nick and Kayla both had no idea there was THAT MUCH cocaine in their house.

Regardless of if he is ever called as a witness does not change that he is a potential witness to be called, was questioned after the drug arrest and his on-stream statements were used to support the search warrant.

Nick and Melton actively messing with this witness is a crime and I hope they both get charged for it.

[EDIT] After all, what better way to weasel out of the charges than have Aaron testify in their favor after properly intimidating him and threatening to release private pictures, videos, etc. "Do as we say, or else [...]" is a pretty clear cut case of blackmail and witness tampering.

Also, indecent exposure is not rape but I wouldn´t like someone flapping their cock on my kids or wife´s faces.
That sounds a bit more like sexual assault than indecent exposure.
You're right! I never noticed. I'll spoiler the pics for those tired of April content.
She looks a bit bow-legged.

Doesn't jury decide on the facts of the case? That is do they believe police that there was cocaine present and that lab tested it to be such.

Search warrant is up to the judge. Not to the jury. As such they don't need any testimonies apart from the police doing the search and lab tech doing testing. Police to tell yes white powder was in the house at the time. And lab tech to tell yes it is coke.
