Pools are too risky since:

- there’s often other people there. She can’t control the narrative of what they see or don’t see. Also they’d be in the way of her vlogging.

- she associates water exercise as being for the elderly, disabled, and/or ultra fats. Clearly she’s none of these so she’s opts for pretending to run instead

- going to a pool to even pretend to swim is a lot more work versus driving to an empty outdoor area, filming 7 seconds of “content”, then driving to the nearest fast food place. With pools you have to wear specific outfits, your hair gets wet (and in her case possibly green), makeup rubs off, and accessories, there’s rules about horse(kick)play and being obnoxious and loud, etc.

- can’t promote bullshit winter clothes going to a pool in a swimsuit

Seeing her making all these efforts with her speed-walking, I wonder how long it will be until she decides she needs to give up due to joint pain and blames something like runner's toe.

Yeah, this is an actual problem that can affect even seasoned runners when they progress upwards in distance due to a progressive loading training plan.

What is runner's toe? It's nasty. It's painful. It's subungal hemotoma, caused by repeated trauma to the toenail that leads to bleeding and discoloration. It hurts like all billy hell, and many times leads to the entire fucking toenail falling off (but hey, once that happens, there's no further pain! Winning!! Sure, it's at the cost of a heinous looking toe, but what the hell ever).

What causes it? Oh, just your toenail being slammed repeatedly into the toe box of a shoe. Or having something heavy dropped on it. It's more probable to happen when you run long distances, do downhill running, or start running again after a prolonged break.

Things you can do to avoid it? Wear proper running shoes, warm up and cool down before and after running, incorporate strength training and stretching into your workouts, cross-train, and have a formal gait analysis. And I'll tell ya, sometimes even if you do all that shit, you get it anyway.

I do wonder if Anna will ever reach the distances at which this phenomenon typically happens, or if like Ragen Chastain, she will simply continue to film her 10 second clips of her 'running' and then hobble slowly along the rest of her designated path at a zombie's pace then lie to her audience about the effort level of the entire event. Or just outright lie about the distances she's traveling altogether.

Then again, if she /did/ suffer it, she'd probably lie about it because it's not a fancy munchable issue. Or call it a 'flair up.'

The insanity....A 500 lb woman "waddling" then stops to use her inhaler does not look effortless. None of it.

Excess weight contributes to lung restrictions. Making breathing more difficult during exertion. Causing shortness of breath from the cardiovascular strain, an inhaler is not going to address the root of the problem.

The impact from her doing this fake dumb shit = 100% flare.

Why doesn't she just walk in the evenings or at night?? She's bigger than Offensive Line players in the NFL.

No one would assault her or could physically put her in a trunk or mini-van. Anna has too much body for a serial killer hide. It will be safe for her, out of site from the public.

Holy Fatness, just look what her knees have to do to get around the thighs. It’s like they make half circles each step. Hips too. Her “flare-ups” are going to be crippling knee and/or hip pain that no doctor will operate on at her weight.

It’s crazy to me she won’t say what these flare-ups are supposedly from. I’m not a regular in the munchies thread but I did follow a few of them, and they luurrve to say their MCAS Cells are activating and causing flares, or whatever. They usually list all the problems. Anna hasn’t done that so far, and none of her stupid followers have asked?

Also not a kid, but she might mean 'foaming' as in 'foaming at the mouth with rage'?

Because foamy means someone who slammed a beer, and is thereby foamy thanks to the foamy head on the beverage.

As far as I know. I ain't hip like the cool kids, though, so I also stand by for education.

When she was looking at the clips of her and John filming. The captions picked it up as foaming.

We all know you haven't waddled since the last video you posted Anna. Very performative and not very good at it.

She does weights and runs.
Hope she starts training for the triathlon!
I'm hoping for a marathon - she'll knock Ragen Chastain right off her podium lmfao (and it'd get us an actual current weight if she displayed her Guinness World Record certificate)
