She has been diagnosed as mentally retarded and posted the documents proving this. Known as Downy Emmie in school.
You can estimate her IQ around the 70 range. She struggles with numbers over 5 and needs to use her fingers to keep track of numbers 5 and below.
We currently do not know how she would feel if she didn't have breakfast today.
