If these are Chinese drones, how have they managed to reach the East Coast of the US without being spotted elsewhere?

My theory is they shipped them here and some Orientals assembled them. Theres tons of Chinese buying US properties. Whats to stop them from shipping big drones and assembling them in a garage and having them spy on us? That sounds like a complex operation with lots of chinks on the ground that will end up getting busted, for little apparent gain since they would just be flying around doing surveillance at worst, not reenacting 9/11. Way bigger in scope than the One Chinaman ops busted recently - e.g. "worst spy ever known" Fengyun Shi and Yinpiao Zhou.

As long as we are pitching far-fetched scenarios: Chyna has implemented some UFO technologies into their drones to allow them to travel directly from Chinese bases instead of mainland/offshore US.

I don't know about you guys, but I have a suspicion that this is Anduril's drones..

In short, I disagree.

For Anduril's drones to operate in controlled airspace, they would need to comply with ADS-B requirements, particularly if they are flying in areas where this technology is mandated. I’m sure a lot of it is just contagious sightings - the typical UFO flap. But a few of the videos in this thread kind of give me the chills. The lights on them just aren’t right. It’s like an uncanny AI generated version of what an aircraft at night would look like.

The other thing is… the most rational explanation for what they are is 1) illegally operated domestic commercial or military drones, for some reason.
Or 2) foreign adversary illegally operated drones.

In either of those cases, *why the fuck would they have lights on in the first place* ? Especially with the reports that they go dark when anything tries to get close.

If it was a prank by someone with a large hobby drone or two, I could see that sort of behaviour. But apparently here are dozens of these things sighted at once so it’s an extremely well funded prank if so. Elon musk being a retard perhaps?

Two of those videos look exactly like fireworks. The kind you see being used in riots against cops.
The 3rd one, with the vertical beam “look at this morherfucker spraying the sky” - no idea. It sure looks like a beam of light. Or perhaps kind of fluid being dropped with a light pointing down it…

Now those could be pranks by a hobbyist joining in for fun, certainly

Gotcha. I responding in general to all the reports I’ve read of swarms.

It would make sense for our Gov to send their own out to investigate. I do wish they would be transparent about it. The secret is out, the general public has seen the reporting. Whoever is operating the unknown drones knows they are being seen.

Perhaps this is an experiment by an outside gov to see if the public would notice them and how the media would react.

Considering the countless, endless attempts of chinese nationals trying to infiltrate, spy, and gather information, it would be in their best interest to be tight-lipped and quiet. China is probably trying to get a rise and a reaction so they can further observe. I have no idea what move can be done, but we can't show our hand to an adversary like this.
