Has there ever been a single phalloplasty surgery that wasn't full of complications? Like seriously?

At this point I think it is deliberate and not an accident that there are always complications.
Plastic surgeons are not unintelligent. Even to go through plastic-surgery medschool you need to be fairly intelligent.
We also know that they have absolutely no scruples or ethics or else they wouldn't do this.

They are smart enough to realize that no matter how bad their track record is, their customers will never go away and they will keep "I have no regrets" mo matter how bothced up the job is.
So, why do a good job without complications and get paid once when instead you can do a deliberately bad job and be paid again and again forever, or until the pooner dies.

That is what I would do if I were an unethical plastic surgeon. I bet the really good ones can even plan the complications on when they want the patient to come in next time for a revision.

The common thinking I've seen in pooners is that women aren't fully-fledged, complete people like men are. That men are people, and women are people*... with the asterisks denoting that women have the additional role of sex objects. So in order to realize yourself as a person, you have to stop being a woman.

10 days post-op and healing is going extremely well. I had my packing, catheter and drains removed 6 days post op. Extremely satisfied with my results and feeling very fortunate for how smooth my recovery has been going. Got the hang of dilating and can reach 4.5 dots on the orange soul source dilator and it feels easy and painless. Also got the hang of douching which was a struggle but I ordered a pump style off Amazon (just made a post about it) and it’s made it significantly better. Been applying bacitracin to my stitches and they have bothered me at all. Not comfortable sharing details about surgeon.
