At this point I think it is deliberate and not an accident that there are always complications.Has there ever been a single phalloplasty surgery that wasn't full of complications? Like seriously?
Plastic surgeons are not unintelligent. Even to go through plastic-surgery medschool you need to be fairly intelligent.
We also know that they have absolutely no scruples or ethics or else they wouldn't do this.
They are smart enough to realize that no matter how bad their track record is, their customers will never go away and they will keep "I have no regrets" mo matter how bothced up the job is.
So, why do a good job without complications and get paid once when instead you can do a deliberately bad job and be paid again and again forever, or until the pooner dies.
That is what I would do if I were an unethical plastic surgeon. I bet the really good ones can even plan the complications on when they want the patient to come in next time for a revision.
