How do I get to Alpha Centauri in the fastest way possible? - I heard there is a planet with life there.

Step 1: convert yourself entirely to photons
Step 2: get shined in the direction of Alpha Centauri
Step 3: turn yourself back into matter when you reach your destination; note that from your perspective (handwaving how you have any conscious experience as a stream of photons) no time will have passed.

Alternate plan: crawl into the trunk of my saucer when I make my next run for beer and quomax larva to the convenience store in orbit of the third planet orbiting Alpha Centauri B. Or you could just ask for a ride, but remember Intergalactic Law: anal probes, twookani herb or antimatter, no one rides for free.

Well, not necessarily like that.

That looks like the garden of Eden but for fungus Adan & Eve. Maybe a real scenario would just have it here and there, practically surviving, and not so exuberant.

In a precarious environment, something that appears that big as in that image would probably be less likely to exist.
