I never watched much Nick Rekieta back when he was well-liked, but from what I understand, I don't think he was ever particularly knowledgable about the law. I think people liked his personality and format, which are both completely tarnished beyond much repair.
Aaron did mention on a stream a while back (Possibly with the Casino) that Nick and April would drive to the Twin Cities to get cocaine.
He also mentioned on a stream that of all the four parents of the Rekietas, he liked Kayla's dad (presumably Dan) the most, and described him as no-nonsense. Makes me wonder how much Dan and his wife currently dislike Nick, or if they ever disliked Nick even before the head dive into degeneracy.
Kino Casino are perfect examples of that. They let Aaron come to them and nuked Nick from orbit, but then started heavily teasing a few things and that all turned out to be gay-ops. On twitter it’s worse because the posts are instant, whereas they had to wait to stream and got spared a few humblings.

My theory, he ends up completely estranged from his kids. The youngest has no memories of her parents ever being sober. I suspect one of two things will specifically happen to him. 1) his life ends via dead in a dui or goes to prison for killing someone in a dui or 2) he ends up hanging on like a cockroach, sucking the glass dick for his crack fix. I suspect his parents will eventually cut him off, especially if he leaves the wife and kids and continues to refuse to get sober.
