Obamacare has just enough around the edges changes (mainly banning denial over pre-existing conditions) that served as poison pills to make it impossible to repeal and replace.

It's an open secret that Obamacare was a failure as a grand piece of reformation legislation that only tacitly helped people WITH insurance and fucked over people without it (to the point that I has several friends who were go from liberal to conservative over it when they got fucked over as collateral damage). And the Democrats know it alienated die hards by not being universal healthcare/Medicare for all. My guess is that the Democrats are now breaking glass on pushing for further reform (something forbidden for over a decade due to it being Obama's main legacy) since it's the only thing that they have left to run on. And that they are preemptively murdering health insurance CEOs so they don't rally around the GOP to stop it like the last two times.

It wasn't that. It was 100% around preservibg the gay grifting machine since so much money was made around the fight for gay marriage that they immediately shifted to trans rights to keep the grift going

What I think they are trying to do, even out the number of votes to 75 mil.

But here is something else. Counting all the votes now, including for third party, Trump no longer has 50% but 49.9%. It’s not much, but you can sort of make the case he wasn’t elected by the majority, and it’s “mostly true” a la Snopes.

Trannies. As I recall, Obamacare forced to pay for titty cutting and stinkditch creating for “gender affirmative procedures”.

These are pricy as fuck and basically turns young people into lifelong medical patients.

Chris Christie was notably well regarded in NJ politics for many many years for being consistent and seemingly true to his principles. Then Bridgegate and his various other stunts and scandals all seemed to happen in quick succession, after which he became the designated funny fat guy of the Trump universe.

This whole weird giant drone thing that has been dominating news segment is just another example as to why this country would rather have Trump as President over Biden or Kamala.

Biden Response: Uhh we don’t know what it is, we’ll tell you what it is when we know. Please stand by.
What Trump would do: Immediately have a Press Conference, blame China for it (who else could possibly do this stuff?) Announce he’s directed the military to find and destroy any suspicious drones. Say a bunch of shit that the media freaks out over.

I can’t fault anyone who hates Trump because he’s an arrogant bumbling strongman. We’ve been taught to associate such leaders as the most dangerous. But we only have long dead progressives to blame for this. They’re the ones that transformed the role of President from a ceremonial figurehead role to a position that has so many responsibilities that it just shouldn’t have! I would have so much more respect for the left if they could agree that the Federal Governments roles need to be reduced. But no once a Democrat is in the White House again they’ll want more government just so they can tear their hair out when the next Boogieman comes back.

No one’s gonna care though. To most people, the one who won the popular vote was what they saw on election night. It’s just a desperate play from the democrats.

Unfortunately this was always the most likely outcome. It would have been nice to see them have their skeletons yanked from the closet but that never seems to happen.

And it doesn’t matter because Harris is still the first Democrat since John Kerry to not win the popular vote. We’re not French, there’s no runoff elections.
