I hope the game is outright cancelled or maybe passed down into a revision to a better studio like how a failed Oblivion clone game Sony almost canned turned into Demon's Souls after Fromsoft got it. But that is one of the rarest things that happen in vidya development. Less likely nowadays too.

Tbh, it's very fitting that one of the most over rated game developers is using one of the most over rated anime's as inspiration.

I'm so glad that other people are mocking the sheer amount of garbage product placement that was present in that brief trailer alone, I thought I was fucking going insane after I was bombarded with Adidas, Sony, and Porsche all in the span of less than 30 seconds.

They're for Larry Fink, Neil Druckmann's own ego, Sony's refusal to learn from their mistakes (Is Herman Hulst simping for this game like how he did with Concord?), to get massive tax write-offs when they inevitably bomb, and certain World Leaders like Justin Trudeau, and what would have been President #47 Kamala Harris (in a different dimension where she won the election).

The usual wokearati alumni indeed. Sony is in big fucking trouble. I was browsing through PS Store yesterday to check out the new games and deals for the run up to Xmas. Most new games get overwhelming 1 star ratings from gamers who bought them and there's an absolute drought of any great new games out for the Xmas season.

There are many many games under a dollar that have all been made by the exact same independent developer however. Things like (Paraphrasing these), Jumping Hamburger, Jumping Hamburger 2, Bouncing Bagel... Etc etc. The thumbnails of these games are a great prelude to not even click on them. Someone at Sony has green lit so much of these titles (do a search for Simulator games and they all come up), that it's almost like they have tried to pad their games count with games made by dribbling tism'd 10 year olds on a ZX Spectrum from 1987.

Mind blowing is not even close. Check out Lady In A Dress for one of Sony's best games of all time. You will not be disappointed :story:

And Sony having shovelware games isn't even a new thing. Life of Black Tiger was literally available on the PS4 store, and that game looks like a children's computer programming assignment than a game that also sells alongside "PlayStation's Hits".
