I believe from comments on the original IP2 thread, although have not seen solid evidence, that he's mixed Ethiopian/Somali descent (although he has the Somali bugeyes), but is Ethiopian, but also has some grudge against Somalians so picked his name so Somalians would get blamed for his niggardry.
