Diseased TV Tropes community

One thing I found kinda weird was one work with no page at all: Os Lusiadas, basically its the portuguese Illiad, its on par (or above) Sheakspeare works on influencing the culture of the time and all, but theres nothing, only a single mention on the portugal page.
Fanfics writen by random dudes on space battles with less than 1 thousand views got pages but not this?

Tropers are so autistic that they have to have it spelled out that a character is autistic for that character to even be  interpreted as autistic in their minds. They do not understand the concept of ambiguity and nuance, which are important to narrative fiction, because cripplingly autistic brains don't work that way. You can't interpret a character as this or that, it must be explicitly spelled out and given a whole paragraph explaining why.

For a website that claims to be the repository for analysis of every fictional trope in history, they're pretty clueless about how storytelling works.

I use TVT as a measure of how popular something is with normalfags. If someone has a huge franchise page and all the sub pages are filled to the gills, it couldn't be more mainstream. Think Star Wars or MCU. But if something is struggling to get more than 8 tropes then either the tropers don't know about it (which is often a good thing) or they're forbidden to mention it. A lot of nono books and e-celebs fall under this umbrella.

I disagree on that, they are actually so autistic that they constantly claim random characters are autistic, so long as they admire those characters.

So incidentally, someone launched an "politically charged" page and it wound up triggering a conservative, for once. So, someone reported the guy and the guy stated the obvious on how biased online society has become.

Well, given the subject matter at hand, it might be related to accusing someone of being an pedophile. But my knowledge of this series is just limited at "some weeb game that CWC lusts over."

They're almost speaking in code here. You can tell how scared they are of this scarecrow they've created of the "bad gamers" who have complaints and ruin thing for everyone.

That last one and the one under it are my favorites though. People have very valid reasons to hate Neil but it's all just him being "misblamed" as if he wasn't the leader of the project. It's almost like MEKristian was going offscript and the other guy had to remind him that on TvTropes we're all cucks who don't "attack" game devs.
