The most grotesque scenes are only in the first episode because the writer of Goblin Slayer wanted to present the goblins fully to the viewer/reader to justify what happens to them afterwards. They are presented as violent, evil, and surprisingly cunning in a D&D setting where they are usually a level 0 threat. It's a tone-setter. The ending of the first episode is literally the main character slaughtering goblin children because he hates goblins so much for being evil rapists and doesn't even care if there's a chance they could grow up to not be evil rapists.

Loli and shota shit is still pedophilia adjacent, but there's a big difference between an animated show about killing rapist goblins, and a live action production that is trying to normalize twelve-year old girls twirking. If you were going after one of the recent animes that is just censored hentai broadcast to viewers that would be one thing, but Goblin Slayer is clearly about more than that. By your own standards Game of Thrones was a complete coomer show from start to finish because it presented rape and rapists on screen, even though many of said rapists would later get their own comeuppance.
