The posing on this with the sword feels off, and I think it has to do with the scale. Salem is holding the sword in a way that suggests her forearm/fist is resting on the hilt yet the blade isn't long enough for that. It's also quite funny how little detail the sword has compared to everything else. I've never considered Autumn's props to be good, but even for a WIP, the difference in detail between the character and prop is quite jarring.

I've genuinely been checking this thread less and less because she's such a broken record at this point: post trans positivity, make some shitty furry pooner art, complain about something in multiple replies, rinse, and repeat. It's just not that interesting to me anymore because it's the same thing. It varies. I know of artists who will only draw human genitals on anthros and refuse to draw feral characters, while others will draw anthro porn with animal genitals but not feral, other will do both.

It's partially artistic preference (i once was told by someone they preferred realism in porn) and also consumer preference. I swear realistic genitals were less common 10 years ago in furry art. Considering the shifting tides against feral fursonas, we might see knots and horse dicks being less common. Hopefully.

The sad thing is, kind of sketching like you're drawing a character in extremely pronounced high heels can be a good way to learning to balance an anthro's posing, but clearly balance isn't something she cares to learn.
