I disagree, it's good to keep the anime folk around as a sort of underclass. Like someone can be a depressed unemployed shut in and so long as they haven't turned to watching anime or playing anime games they know they haven't hit rock bottom and their life is still salvageable.

Sadly those immersed in chinky cartoon culture are beyond saving.
Truthfully the kindest option would be to humanely euthanize them, but euthanasia costs a lot and working that type of funding into the federal budget would be a challenge.
