I saw glimpses of PPP's evil when he was ridiculing Ralph for "Can we hit it?" and then would just periodically yell out "LETS GET SOME SUBS!!!!!" (and almost always get them without fail) as if it were functionally different. In time, he did adapt to make his e-begging flow into the show better (I am not praising him for this, just noting), but his initial embrace of that technique was far more clunky and interrupted the analysis of the subject matter. As the "ironic" ingratitude became more and more apparent that it was not a joke, I had hoped he would eventually have a moral event horizon and become a more mature presenter. Once the paypig discord was disclosed, I no longer saw shades of grey nor was I inclined towards a merciful or generous interpretation of events. This was BEFORE the paypig discord was shown to be filled with extreme pervs. The revelations of depravity erased any grey area, devil's advocacy or nuanced takes regarding the pair. I mistook previous missteps as genuine errors. If there is one thing that should go into the audience consciousness from here on out is that paypiggery does not exist in a vacuum. It cooccurs with other dysfunctions. Paypig heavy business models must be investigated thoroughly, they are havens for the worst of humanity.
