So, tomorrow Nick has his settlement conference. Anyone thinks he'll take the out?
I’ll support the more fun option that he genuinely thinks he can prove the cops lied about the drugs. Then he will take it to trial and everything will come out in evidence.
What I want this Christmas.

I think that he'll take the plea deal if they drop the child neglect charge because it will allow him to own the chuds and say "I was never CONVICTED of neglecting my children, stalker childs!" But if they don't drop that charge he'll go full retard and take it to trial. Meanwhile we will prepare popcorn.
What I'll get this Christmas. His lil appearance on JuJu seemed like he was 75% - 85% there on a plea deal. Unless he's on a crazy coke/meth binge today for his birthday and he starts hitting himself into thinking he can beat it, I think the mother fucker's gonna plea.

Absolutely. Nick is a small child throwing a tantrum through life. He's also a lousy negotiator. He'll take the same deal they offered day 1. Nick always backs down when confronted by actual authority. He's a big man on the internet. In front of the Judge and Prosecutor he is completely pathetic. It's just like the Judge Pussy Liquor bullshit. He was meek to the Judges face in court. And big man on the internet.

He will take the deal. And then proclaim it as a huge win. Nick is the most predictable creature on the internet.

I think he's willing to plea but the prosecutor will play hardball on something and he'll tard out and fight it
What does the prosecutor have to lose if this goes to trial? They’ve invested a lot of money into this case already so I’m sure they’re more than pliable in pushing this to trial. Any risk to the budget is negated with this being a slam dunk case.

Their jobs for the next election are probably secure because I think even the community would want Nick fucked over. Any election involving the incumbent DA will probably tote this as a “tough on drugs” win.

So with money out of the way, that leaves personal involvement. The DA’s office probably fucking hates Nick. He’s been dragging on this simple possessions case for far too long with his bullshit motions. They don’t appreciate him saying the cops are lying. They don’t appreciate him badmouthing them on his YouTube (if they’ve seen it). They’re fucking pissed at the fact that he’s stubborn enough to try and take this to trial just so he can waste their time.

Really, I think the deal he’s getting is fucking awful or just bog standard. If he takes it, he’ll bitch about it. If not, then I’m sure all parties involved are excited to take it to trial.

These were some of Rekieta's statements during Juju's podcast that gave the impression he would plead and seek to drop the child endangerment charges:

"We didn't reach an agreement, but we're really damn close. And yeah, that's why we scheduled another one. My next conference is on the 17th. Most likely, we'll have a deal worked out at that point. I mean, you never want to say anything. And I don't want to say like what it is. But long story short, it's really, really favorable. It's really reasonable."

"The prosecution wrote a really interesting letter to the court, and that letter said: 'there are no victims in this crime. And we expect no children to be required to testify,' which is the prosecution saying—not only are there no victims, but that the children are also not victims because they charged me with child endangerment, but they found in the family law case. There wasn't any endangerment. The children were never in danger."

This is the letter Rekieta is referencing during this audio: https://kiwifarms.net/threads/state...la-rekieta-april-imholte.191978/post-19105482

"And here's the crazy thing. They know, the county, like he said, wrote that letter. They know that none of that shit happened. They'll never write a letter that says it doesn't. What they're gonna do is: they're going to drop the charges of child endangerment. They never could support them. There were no facts for it at all. So they know that none of that shit happened, but it was convenient for them to have that shit go into the public to put pressure on me and leverage my situation. And like, that's just the game of law versus the reality of it. And that's unfortunately, that's the fucking, that's the fucking ropes. There's nothing you can do about it."

This podcast was posted on Rekieta's main thread, but I thought it would be nice to post it here too.
(If someone is interested in hearing it, I posted a video with timestamps here, and @Himedall All-seeing Waifu posted the audio here)

I'm willing to bet someone's monitoring his online behavior (maybe even via Kiwifarms) and it's gonna bite him in the ass.
They probably are but I doubt they even have to. There are probably tons of alogs constantly inundating them with autistic bullshit that probably makes it less likely they take it seriously, instead of just letting them do their jobs.

i believe he will plea & we might get documents late tonight ( unless court gave him til tuesday).

The conference is tomorrow
And there still is not updated filed in Kayla's case.
I was hoping for the ruling on her motion to drop latest today, I was kinda expecting the delay in Nick's case was happening to allow for Kayla's motion to be ruled on, since it would give Nick a better position to negotiate from, as it would be likely he would be able to toss the warrant using the same arguments on appeal.

Still some hours left in the day.

The case against Cyrax got dismissed because of this exact thing. Nick may actually get a better deal thanks to the ayelawgs.
I don't think any ayylawgz are gonna do stupid shit, but I could be wrong. A lot of them are law adjacent folks.

I doubt the State is waiting for a ruling on a motion full of hokum. If it has any value to rule on it first, it is to take the silly idea out of Nick's head that it might help him.

I think beyond the lie about “never endangering his children” that Nick is telling, (& contingent upon the dropping of the child endangering charge, which is what I think has been the hold up rather than any possible April restrictions) is that Nick is absolutely dying to plead out. He’s desperate to plead but it’s to try & bury the body cam footage as much as hoping to get the child endangerment dropped. That just suits his personality, & he’s down so bad & such a pathetic loser that he’ll frame any of those two things (dropped endangerment charge & body cam footage not being released) as his ultimate precious “wins.” Those are definitely the cuckolds priorities.
