Its a Nothern, likely Jersey, LIkely Rutgers, building. Red brick, white keystones. The bottom floor has a unique window trim compared to the other two. Institutional picnic tables etc.See that three story building?
It most resembles building surrounding Damarest Hall of Rutgers University in New Brusnwick NJ,
Such as Pell Hall. You see the windows match, the brickwork and pattern match, so does the chimney at the top and the eaves and fascia of the roof.

Due to the location of the trees I believe it more to be Wessels Hall
It could be Hegemen Hall, but not the other two as the rooflines are different (barn style roofs instead of pitched). These are dorms.

Super fun fact:
Pell Hall is home to the Asian American Identities and Images and the Latin Images Living-Learning Communities.
