MADISON, Wis. -- Madison police are investigating after a shooting at Abundant Life Christian School.

The shooting was reported just before 11 a.m. at the school at 4901 East Buckeye Road. Multiple injuries were reported. The scene is considered active and the public is asked to avoid the area.

Roads around the 4900 block of Buckeye Road will be blocked off as law enforcement investigate.

I didn't say all of their actions were morally defensible you dumbass, I said that I see no definitive evidence connecting these people to the shooting, all you have is circumstantial ties such as some people knowing the shooter and being in the same circles. Most of the other stuff seems like really sketchy speculation. I'm saying it's much more reasonable to attribute this stuff to edgy LARPers looking for attention more than a malicious grooming ring. Never attribute to malice what can be explained by other factors. If there's something going on in the background, I'm unaware of it, but I have yet to be convinced it even exists. If you want to play this game of pulling at the tiniest strings to concoct some grand narrative, by all means you have fun with that, I just think you're making a fool of yourself in the process by obsessing over teenagers who rage bait.

This thread has been getting pretty fat with evidence connecting people to the shooting. We have a forged manifesto, someone outright preaching death to American Christians for not being faschy enough (which the shooter seems to have taken to heart), dead peoples' accounts being logged into, old accounts being scrubbed and thread brigading. Even if we want to play defense lawyer and argue none of this stuff is taking the gun and pulling the trigger, there's a lot of potential for culpability. If you are connected to these people somehow, I suggest telling them to prepare their anus instead of wasting time with bad damage-control. Or kill themselves, if they are jacking off in a school bathroom to 15 year-olds.

I'm not part of any network that extorts children and goads them into committing school shootings, if that's what you're asking. I'm unaware of any group that does.
I don't think you realize that RW Twitter is pretty damn decentralized, though of course people do often cross paths, but there's a ton of different chats and types of people
