Yes, she said in her Q&A that Salina is her only caregiver. She also alluded vaguely to having tried other caregivers that didn’t “work out”, which I’m gonna assume is code for “didn’t want to help me photograph my butthole”.
Also I forgot to mention that Alex said the DCFS visit was precipitated by “internet trolls.” GIRL. You are FIRMLY on their radar all of your own accord. Not only is no social service agency making surprise home visits based on a tip from an internet stranger, NOAH POPPED FOR FENT. That visit was warranted and initiated by someone who knew this would be the case (Ma and Pa Smith, Salina, I mean take your pick). It might not have even been initiated by a third party at all…totally possible DCFS was just doing their due diligence in following up on an already open case.

It's just Salina right now, plus whatever caregivers "didn't work out." It sounds like Alex was carefully avoiding outright saying that Ari is with the Smiths when Salina isn't there. She did explicitly say that Ari could not be with her when she's alone. Ari was with Alex when they were alone at one point, but the caregiver (Hannah) who called CPS/DCFS put a stop to that. If Noah is off in rehab, then presumably Ari can be with the Smiths-- Alex just wants to paint herself as a totally abandoned single mother, so it's not in her (self-serving) interests to say that outright.
As @Breadbear correctly said, everything is laced with fent now. I can believe that Noah wasn't aware he was going to test positive for fent, but only because he didn't realize that whatever other illicit substance he'd been consuming was laced with it. CPS is completely correct to say that a child can't be around someone who tested positive for that, though, and I hope the Smiths make the right choice here. Noah needs to be in one of those sober living houses where an outside authority lays down the law-- and you're required to have a job.

Maybe you knew what it was, but I don't believe he was clueless he consumed an opiate if he tested for an opiate alone .

Ninja'd by this person, but yeah, kratom is just to manage withdrawal. I've never seen anyone go looking to take kratom and end up with Fentanyl. Think of Kratom as loperimide for hippies.
I take kratom for back pain after being in an 18 wheeler accident on the freeway. I don't like how hydrocodone makes me feel and I need to be alert to watch my children during the day.
Cheesy and Lonesome are absolutely correct. It's not an opoid per say, or would have fent. It's usually sold as a natural pain relief or as something to manage an opoid withdrawal until you can get your next hit. That being said, there are definitely people who abuse it (ala Cobes) who regularly takes huge fucking doses of it in order to feel a more euphoric opoid like sensation.

Sorry for all the drug questions, but I've got another one: how long does it take fentanyl to clear out of the system? If he tested positive, did that mean he'd had it recently?

It has to be said but this Salina is a fucking freak. I can't understand her angle in this. You could not pay me enough to be an unregulated friend-carer for this stinky, trashy goblin. She doesn't look hard up for cash considering she's the type of Instagram Face woman, she's getting her pilots licence which isn't a poor person activity either.

@often puzzled Fentanyl is its own urine test, and does not come on the standard panel, much like PCP or xylazine, but it often is added on, especially in known opiate addicts. That is to say, whoever tested him anticipated a positive tox screen for opiates, and thought it was worth it for an additional add on. It is totally synthetic, and will be missed on a standard opiate panel. If you are using fentanyl massively everyday for weeks and stop, in four days, it is gone. Cocaine, used under the same circumstances, can hang around in urine metabolites for two weeks easily.
My best guess is Noah hasn't been clean in awhile and has just been using Fentanyl as a workaround while laughing at every moron dumb enough to believe in him. (Hey, I'm right there with Ma and Pa. I bought it.)
I wonder how many times he nodded out and blamed that pOwErFuL KrAtOm before someone decided to add the Fentanyl. Perhaps professional exploitation demon Mark Laiter can climb out of hell and give Noah a little more drug money to sate some curiousities. The number one personality trait that works best for a pilot is conservative. I don’t mean politically: I mean, thoughtful, meticulous, cautious, sharp. Anybody who parties with Alex after caring for her seems more on the attention seeking side.
If she becomes a pilot, I hope it’s only GA with VFR, and she doesn’t move on to IFR and a commercial certificate. Haven't seen her fly but TNflygirl did it for YouTube, was a bad pilot and always behind the plane, and killed her dad along with herself. Many cases where people fly into conditions their plane can’t manage because they didn’t want to wait a few hours for weather to clear or morning to come.
Maybe she’s more cautious than it seems. I hope so.

He has had some people on SWU who have good, powerful stories, like the guy who jumped off the Golden Gate Bridge and lived, but they are few are far between. He just seems to love junkie whores.
There is a channel of a guy who walks around Kensington and shows life there. He isn’t exploitive though, he brings food and sandwiches (not money) and actually convinced a fent/tranq addict with those horrible infected sores to get clean, she went from 70 lbs to 150 and got a place, which she attributes to him encouraging her to stop without enabling her. She didn’t have amputations which was lucky and really seems to have put her life together.
Not that I think Salina is planning to become a commercial pilot, but yeah you're spot-on that folks with, ironically, Parkinsonian personality are excellent pilots (until the Parkinson's kicks in).
There's probably some overlap with Autism-y/OCD stuff too, cause yeah the pilots that succeed long-term working for big commercial airlines are the obsessively rule-following, chronically early, triple-check everything types. (I have a loved-one who is a pilot, and so I don't say the OCD/Tism stuff negatively; studies have shown that people who succeed in Academia are also OCD/Tismy so it's not a negative, necessarily)
Or used to be. If you fly frequently, I wouldn't recommend checking out how much the FAA has relaxed the training/testing for commercial pilots - all because we were getting a shortage. Back in the day you could reasonably expect your pilot to not be an instathot who drinks all weekend, but nowadays. . .
