State of Minnesota v. Nicholas Rekieta, Kayla Rekieta, April Imholte

Will Nicholas Rekieta take the plea deal offered to him?

The case against Cyrax got dismissed because of this exact thing. Nick may actually get a better deal thanks to the ayelawgs.
The Cyraxx case was dismissed because the dumb fuck he assaulted made a YouTube community post, saying he didn't want to go through with it. Cyraxx screen capped that, and showed it to his attorney, who got it dismissed.

I can only assume he'll take a plea deal in the assumption that by pleading the charges down he can escape being a felon and thus handwave this whole saga to his audience.

I think the real fireworks will be when this strategy doesn't work and he discovers he's alienated anyone who finds him being a coked out cuckold distasteful AND the remaining crowd who find him caving against the State to make him a different kind of cuck.

I expect a period of really boring nothing content before he has a blow up where he's visibly coked up again and probably gets a second knock from the police.

I assume a plea deal puts him on a few years of probation and I 100% do not think he can keep himself out of trouble that long. The man's a drug addict with fucked up family life issues from his own making, all it takes is an argument with Kayla about whose fault the kids hating them is for him to hit the coke.

Many members of the bar online and here on the Farms have predicted that he will get saddled with some kind of felony. 26.66 grammes of cocaine is not misdemeanour-level shite.

The theoryI have seen posed is that he wants the endangerment/neglect charges dropped so that he can LARP as a good father. I agree with this assessment.

The presumptive sentence in the MN guidelines is 36-48 months probation with a deferred sentence for someone with his criminal background and level of charges. At the start, he may have gotten the severity lowered, but with all these shenanigans and rumours of failed drug tests and non-compliance, I think he gets something squarely in the guidelines range.

Please excuse my ignorance on the subject, but I am curious what are the prerequisited for the bodycam footage being released?
Is it an inevitability, or does nick have to take a certain course of action for it to become public? Could its suppression be part of a plea deal?
I apologize if I'm retreading this subject and this question was already recently answered.
Thank you!

If I'm understanding correctly, the bodycam would need to be used at trial in order for it to be released to the public. For this reason, I believe he will plead out so we, the kiwi incel prudes, will never see (and laugh at) the fucked up condition of his dysfunctional home's interior.
until he gets into another bender and decides to release it himself to own the chud prude police and explains away his shit conditions as kayla being a hoarder and his 5 keeeeedz being messy as he indicated in locals lmao

It's wild he did all this work to hide the bodycam but then streamed himself cooking in his fucked up kitchen. Considering that was the 'clean' version of his house we can safely assume the place was a genuine crackhouse dump.

I agree with people that this is gonna predominantly be to hide/drop child endangerment, but I doubt it wins back any public support even if Nick perceives it as a win.

If he pleas out we can safely assume that Kayla will as well and probably April too.

It was mentioned in the other thread that Brian Lewis, the attorney working for Francis White III who filed Nick's winner of an appeal, is probably no longer working there. And it was probably not his choice to leave.

Nick can file for ineffective assistance of counsel and win now!

Trvst the plan!

The conference is at 3:45pm Minnesota time. We'll find out some time after that (could be days, could be sooner)
Largely depends on if another brave KFPV (Kiwi Farms Press Volunteer) is on location to bring us hand written notes of the proceedings.
I have all fingers crossed that we will get another quick update, especially if Nick takes a deal, because I believe it means he has to plead guilty in open court.

I want his posture and seething visage described in detail for us to mock eternally.

Soon, Balldoman will bend the knee to THE GUBMENT. His allocution before the judge will be the juiciest part. Hopefully a reporter will be there and we can also get the transcript sometime soon.

New ebbidance has been submitted into discovery by THE GUBMENT.
