Russ's witnesses are both family members who are presumably just going to tell the courts about his plights, none of which is actually relevant to the action at hand. So nothing surprising, there.

But I'd love to hear Russ's thought process on why he waited to send the witnesses until after the deadline. Did he think Hardin would just forget? Did he set the wrong time on his alarm clock? Or is he habitually incapable of ever doing anything that isn't the worst option? He could have just sent them (maybe following the rules to try and keep them confidential) on time. Or he could have not sent them at all if he wanted to keep trying to obstruct (wouldn't have worked but it would have kept the names out of Hardin's hands if that's what he's worried about). Instead, he fails to meet the deadline and yet sends them over anyway in such a manner that allows them into the record.

I can only stand in awe, once again, of the greatest (para)legal mind of our generation.

He got a longer HDMI cable that is 600 m long instead of 6 inches, so it slowed him down.

I think I see Russ’s strategy and for it to work he needed to file late.
Now that you mention it...
He got the FL transfer after a late filing. I'm pretty sure that if he wants to have similar success, he has to continue filing late.
This latest filing will fail, because it was only two hours late. He really should have waited at least three days.
I believe that Hardin figured this out, too, and that's the reason for his constant e-mails; he's trying to get Greer to NOT file late. I mean, our boy Matthew is literally Josh's lawyer, why else would he insist so much for Greer to file on time, if not because he knows Greer filing late is significantly better for Russ. Rusty has to stop taking Hardin's bait and say "Fuck you buddy boy, I'm filing when I feel like it, B I SH!"

Here's to hoping.
I would like to think this part was the judge attempting to retard proof dismissing the case again, considering what happened the first time. Now he can say he literally did everything he could, including warning the tater tot he was on thin ice.

I know, I know, give me my rainbows.

Here's Rule 37, aka the potential consequences for his Rule 26 fail. I highlighted what I think are the relevant bits, but I'm not a lawfrog nor a paralegal from Upstairs Mormon Diploma Kingdom so adjust expectations accordingly.

So he filed a low effort simple and incomplete "list" of 2 people in a documents that looks like it took him a max of 3 minutes to put together. Yet somehow it was 2 hours late on the middle of the night

Meanwhile he was putting actual effort going back and forth and back and forth sperging about his money.

Hardin said it was deficient and I'm sure the retard will say he didn't know but the judge literally gave him info on what to do after their conference.

Hopefully this rubs the judge the wrong way or am I being 🌈 maybe the judge will agree no actual harm was done and leave it be 🤔
In a rare ruling by the magistrate judge, and in light of the holidays, Plaintiff Greer is now legally labeled a "Grinch" and ordered to report to nearest county office in Utah for castration on or before December 24th.

I imagine that the 3-hour difference between what Mr. Hardin shows on his email and Greer's is just a time zone thing.
But why does Russ's print screen look so shit this time? There are weird squares/lines around the UI. Why did he also scribble over the time the email was sent?

EDIT: I adjusted the levels on the second image to show what I'm talking about. It's like the image was stitched together.
I've added a screenshot from my phone as an example.

His ability to fuck up the most mundane and unexpected things is one of his more unique talents.

A particularly neurotic part of me suspects that he may have stitched up a screenshot of an email with his notes app. The background matches the notes app more... But this could be a false impression of mine because his iPhone seems to be on an older version of iOS where the mail app had a completely black background.
example.png + notes print example.png = russ print - levels adjusted.png ??
I can't see any reason why he would do such a thing, but those squares around the mail icons are so strange...

EDIT: I put the screenshots inside spoilers to make it easier for mobile users.
EDIT 2: Never mind my schizo theory; the font, in fact, does not match (at least on my phone version). I have no idea how he got those squares on his screenshot, though. I tried to reproduce it with no success.

That's because of what happened last time it was dismissed. It got bounced right back. It's possible, but I would be amazed if anyone is willing to swoop in this time to bump this up to appellate court again. That ship has sailed.
I think the court is just about finished with Mr. Greer at this point. He's got absolutely nothing except a couple of family members to call in to prove his case, zero documents and does not care what the court orders. At this point, a dismissal is air tight for the judge, beyond the shadow of a doubt. It should have happened years ago, but it's on the horizon now.
He can get all the extra time he wants, he's got nothing.
