New York Judge Merchan upholds the 34 conviction on Trump saying that Presidential Immunity does not apply to these acts and as a jury has already found Mr Trump (notice that bit) guilty of these 34 criminal acts (they just had to add in 34 again to really drive it home) and so it would be an act of injustice to vacate the verdict just because a person happened to get elected.

Sound familiar? It's pretty much what Alvin Bragg said to the press on Friday when questions. Even used the same "a act of injustice to vacate the charges" line. Yup totes no colluding here.

Anyway no big surprise, these New York fucks were never going to stop. Bragg wants to be a Senator and thinks him being the one to actually stick Trump in jail is his ticket in 2028.
Plans are to still sentence Trump next month most likely and then suspend the sentence until his time in office is over then do their best to make sure he see's at least some jail time no matter what once he's no longer President.

It's a bold move Cotton, lets see if it pays off.

Only issue with him trying to become senator is if he's unable to do it by 2028 which is likely since Trump would have to be impeached for him to do anything by 2028 then there's no chance he's going to become senator by then and have to wait to become senator until later assuming that not being able to do it doesn't hurt his standing with democrats and that 2028 is a victory for the democrat party.

He's not going to become shit. He's going to push this to a head while he's losing popular support, the DOJ is going to change directions under Trump, and Bragg will be investigated with his life subsequently fucking imploding.

Corrupt judges and DAs have been a major talking point for Team Trump on the campaign trail. The smart ones are ducking their heads and staying out of the limelight, but Bragg is not smart.

Several (3 as of this morning) high level circuit judges have decided to "un-retire" due to Trump's victory. Why is this a big deal? Well their retirement was part of a deal the GoP made with the Democrats to allow the appointments of some mid circuit judges without dispute on the condition that the higher level circuit judges would retire and allow the next administration to appoint new ones. Obviously the Dem judges assumed that Biden or Harris would win and so agreed but suddenly they are filled with a new zest for work and have submitted letters to congress rescinding their retirement dates.

Cocaine Mitch says:

"... the agreement made prior to Thanksgiving between Republicans and Democrats stated that the GOP would "forego our available procedural roadblocks on the remaining nominations to district courts—which have the votes to be confirmed—and in exchange the Democratic Leader won’t bring any of the remaining nominations to circuit courts to the floor—because they don’t have the votes to be confirmed."

"...brazenly partisan decision to rescind his retirement is an unprecedented move that demonstrates some judges are nothing more than politicians in robes. Judge Wynn clearly takes issue with the fact that Donald Trump was just elected President, and this decision is a slap in the face to the U.S. Senate, which came to a bipartisan agreement to hold off on confirming his replacement until the next Congress is sworn-in in January," he said in a statement.

TLDR: the GoP got played by the Dems when it came to appoint some high level judges and now they're mad but there is nothing they can really do.
It doesn’t matter because the Democrats have enough votes right now to get judges in themselves. McConnell is not a majority leader.

Reminder this guy is a dooming Canadian faggot who was certain Trump would lose.

I was joking with my nephew yesterday about annexing Canada and making it the 51st state and Trump calling Trudeau "governor" and all that, and I said, "but 50 is just such a nice round number. Sorry Puerto Rico, sorry DC, sorry Canada, but that's just a fact. Maybe they could become a territory like PR or Guam." And he said (before everyone clapped), "they should just change the name to 'North Guam.'" Love that kid.

14900 of those applicants are fucking retarded. There's no way around it. They are just not qualified. I've tried to make it work and I never did.
This is basically correct. Was talking to corpo dudes who are in hiring roles, the amount of jeets and Shaquinas who are just straight up falsifying their experience/credentials is unreal. The PPP scammers learning how to setup an LLC turbocharged the volume of work history fraud and credential inflation when dealing with melanated candidates.

One guy was hiring for a 6-figure professional role (that they had to offer as remote just to have any hope in hell of finding someone with the background required for an external). HR sends him a screened list of a couple dozen candidates, gets to the 5th or 6th one and realizes that he's already seen the CV that he's looking at, it's the same as the first one in the stack. Same font, format, work history, everything but the name on the header is exactly the fucking same. Out of 24, SIX of these people submitted the exact same fucking CV.

And the HR "professionals" didn't catch it.

The followup I heard was that it's only technically Radioactive Material. Medical grade stuff that won't hurt you unless you make a cockring out of it or something. (Don't tell Rekieta, the Forbidden Baldo would be right up his alley.)
I would still say that dangerous Medical supplies being lost/stolen is a front page story.

I believe I mentioned it before but corpo shittery and willingness to use hire illegals, outsource, or "hire" cartel slaves (for the agricultural sector at least) just for a heckin green number go up for whatever short-term gain has been the bane of the american worker nowadays. ESG scores needed to make number go up? Better fire whitey! John needs to be paid $4 an hour more than if we have Rajit shit on a keyboard or have Jose pick our avacados under the watchful eyes of the Sinolas? Better fuck him over, won't you miss the ethnic food otherwise, goy?

Sorry if that's somewhat of a tangent, but it was something on my mind with all the talk of fake job postings and Indian nepotism spreading to us from Canada- mainly schizoing about the Occam's razor for the cause. COVID being one of the largest wealth transfers in recent history also lends credence to that, I guess.

TLDR: yes this is islamic paradox.
A top aide on Vice President Harris’ failed presidential campaign recently called for more cultural voices like the vocal anti-America and anti-Israel Twitch star, Hasan Piker, who previously faced backlash for saying that “America deserved 9/11.”

Harris’ former deputy campaign manager, Rob Flaherty, said during a recent interview that Democrats are “losing hold of culture” and laid out a strategy for them to develop a “whole thriving system” ahead of future elections.

“We need a whole thriving ecosystem,” Flaherty told Semafor. “It’s not just Pod Save America, though I think we should have more of them. It’s not just Hasan Piker. We should have more Hasan Pikers. It’s also the cultural creators, the folks who are one rung out who influence the nonpartisan audience. Those things all need to happen together.”

“The reality is it’s not going to be big media organizations. It’s going to be a network and a constellation of individual personalities, because that’s how people get their information now,” he added.

Flaherty, who previously served as the director of digital strategy for the Biden White House, is likely to face backlash for calling for “more Hasan Pikers” due to Piker’s past controversial comments. Piker, who previously raised more than $1 million for Palestinian aid, has used his platform with millions of followers to downplay and justify terrorist attacks such as Oct. 7 and 9/11 as acts of resistance in recent years.

I would not be surprised in the latest if a AI becomes self aware through the ongoing battle of between jeets using a LLM to submit application and a HR having to use a LLM to help filter them out. Just a rehash of Enders Game but this time its a AI trying to prevent jeet bullshit.
