MADISON, Wis. -- Madison police are investigating after a shooting at Abundant Life Christian School.

The shooting was reported just before 11 a.m. at the school at 4901 East Buckeye Road. Multiple injuries were reported. The scene is considered active and the public is asked to avoid the area.

Roads around the 4900 block of Buckeye Road will be blocked off as law enforcement investigate.

This is why I advise those teens fess up to their parents right now. The smart plan for the parents is to show the information of engagement to a lawyer and have one ready incase the Feds or Interpol comes knocking. At that point the lawyer will know if the teen is a nothing burger and will be seen as a helpful citizen by sharing (with the guidance of the lawyer by his side) what they know, or if the lawyer needs to ask for assurances that helping lawinforcement won't lead to charges, or negotiate a slap on the wrist plea deal. For the most part, law enforcement will just want to know what caused her to snap like this.

You're correct on this, and the friend group definitely had a hand in making mass shootings, TND etc seem all perfectly fine. But there's a difference between a friend group and a network: you're arguing that the shooter was a target of grooming into shooting, whereas I'm trying to say that the shooter could just be a member of this friend group.
