It is in-person. I’m 98.434% sure the proceedings will be in open court because it’s the final disposition. The last one took place in the judge’s chambers because it wasn’t going to be finalized on that day. He’ll have to do his allocution in open court as he pleads guilty. He’ll have to stand up and admit to what he did wrong in open court. That’ll be the best part. Hopefully a reporter can write down the highlights, but later we’ll get our hands on the transcript because it’s public record, obviously.
