I think there's a funny point I think everyone is missing over this "Jim donating to anime women of questionable character" debacle.
Shouldn't both sides of this pedophile by association argument be thinking of the real reason not to sweep for Jim here:
Jim is dying. Jim has a wife that will be expected to be his widow in the near-ish future. He has put out a stoic front that he's setting his wife up financially so for when he's gone, she'll have nothing to worry about directly following his passing.
Why is Jim giving money to other people on the Internet simply because he was @'d on Twitter with the only justification publicly you can infer is that she is demonetized and losing her disability check.

Even when viewing it in a neutral way and don't play guilt by known/unknown association, should a dying man that is preparing for the end with larger and larger medical expenses racking up be giving measurably helpful amounts of money to an what is ostensibly a stranger just out of good intention?
