"I file, therefore I'm 7"*"I file, therefore I'm"
- Russell Greer, ECF No. 195
The filings will continue until morale has improved. LThis isn't the long run I signed up for![]()
All because Greer didn't use the right magic words to invoke the Standard Protective Order. He's going to have the biggest meltdown of this entire saga when he sees that Hardin publicly filed the email with those phone numbers. It's going to be glorious.
I'm sure they're now delighted to be involved, and won't do anything they can to get out of his brothel delusions as soon as Hardin has to reach out, if it goes that far.Am I the only one slightly horrified that he would seek to involve his family in this and subject them to deposition? Where they will be asked about his creepy antics under oath? I can't see that as going the way Russel planned?
Ah! Well, neverthelessHoney!!! You and your boyfriend get in here, they got 'em! THEY FINALLY GOT GREER!!!

They can garnish his wages if he has any (and isn't working for cash under the table), or attach the judgment to any assets Greer has. Federal money judgment liens are valid for 20 years, and can be renewed for an additional 20; if it uses state law for some reason, it's 8 years +8 renewal in Utah. When this case ends eventually how does all the cost payment work. If Greer has to pay Hardins fees but has no money, is Hardin just shit out of luck, or is he paid by Null now and Hardin simply refunds Null as payments come in? Greer has nothing right now I don't see him holding a shit job long enough to make any substantial money. Does this legal cost just hang over him for the rest of his short life?
I ran it through my Little Orphan Annie Decoder Ring and got this:This is some secret code:
"6"
"L"
"I'm 7"
What does it mean?
Null could demand Greer hand over his copyrights too him in lieu of monetary compensationWhen this case ends eventually how does all the cost payment work. On the other hand, it could end up as a Dennis Hof type situation, where he either loves and appreciates them or hates and blames them based on the needs of the moment. He'll call them good boys he was unable to retain due to circumstances beyond his control (The Plights) and the real injustice was the court let the defense have a lawyer when he wasn't allowed to.
Imagine being personally tied to Russell Greer. It's like some sort of curse from the Bible, where God takes vengeance on the second and third generations for a transgression. Hopefully the posters here have the good taste not to contribute to these poor people's suffering by bothering them.Excellent witness list. I'm sure they'll be happy to get involved and help Russ blow the case wide open.
I'm not sure how serious he was but Null mentioned how entertaining it could be to try and collect worldly possessions and record the process. That seems less likely now that Greer presumably had to already get rid of most of his stuff. His copyrights are generally worthless but maybe people would buy the Swift book for fun if the money doesn't go to Russ... and maybe there's some "if I did it" changes like when OJ had to hand over his copyrightNull could demand Greer hand over his copyrights too him in lieu of monetary compensation![]()
and they adopted him! Not for the first time, it's proven that no good deed goes unpunished. On the other hand, it could end up as a Dennis Hof type situation, where he either loves and appreciates them or hates and blames them based on the needs of the moment.

It might not be about the money so much as it is about sending a message. His copyrights are generally worthless
Future KF fundraiser idea? I know I'd buy a hard copy of "Why I Sued Taylor Swift: and How I Became Falsely Known as Frivolous, Litigious and Crazy" with a foreword by Null.maybe people would buy the Swift book for fun if the money doesn't go to Russ
It’s the latter and technically the money goes to Null to use for compensation against costs. If Greer has to pay Hardins fees but has no money, is Hardin just shit out of luck, or is he paid by Null now and Hardin simply refunds Null as payments come in?
If the book is signed by Null and Mr. Hardin, and has the cover be something different (image of the judgement, KF logo, Null giving the middle finger, etc), I'd buy it. I'd probably be overpaying it, but it'd be a novelty item, so I don't mind. His copyrights are generally worthless but maybe people would buy the Swift book for fun if the money doesn't go to Russ... and maybe there's some "if I did it" changes like when OJ had to hand over his copyright
I'm only buying it if the cover is the picture of Hitler Russ added as ebidanceand has the cover be something different (image of the judgement, KF logo, Null giving the middle finger, etc), I'd buy it
Great stuff, man.Hardin should call the witness number and say hello you been called a witness been a to a court case do you know anything about the case
