So it was a gayop.
The good ol´ "I will bait them by pretending to be extremely retarded" Nickaroo. He does it so effectively it is still completely plausible he did offer those things to the prosecution. He is just that good.

ETA: just a reminder that the latest juiciest leak - the aborted Niggieta baby and the confirmation for Hedo II - was a convo with someone that Nick absolutely did not trust to the point of demodding them an year prior to the DMs so Nick is just retarded enough to leak things to random people.

Nick never had a chance at mainstream success, and I truly believe the only reason he was given a contract by Rumble is because they took a play out of Mixer’s playbook and basically gave out contracts like candy in hopes that it would give them quick success. Same thing with Locals. Locals basically gives anyone a contract.
I STILL believe they thought they were getting a legal show, and pulled a bait and switch.

But your theory could be true too. I mean, they gave fucking Mersh a contract. Some of what Rumble did makes little sense.

I don't think Rumble is gonna last. It's nice they have a more permissive ToS, but their infrastructure is garbage and their business model is wanting.

If April has a brain cell she will move back in with her parents, get a job and thing figure out how she is going to salvage what is left of her life.

Of course she was going to get dumped as soon as the court case ended. The only reason she got to stay and was luvy-doved as to keep her on-side and not rat out Nick.

Nick of course told someone who he expected to leak the information.

"Oh, I totally chose my wife over my whore." (I wonder if his kids would have received ALL of his trust fund payments if he chose the whore).

"B-b-but I totally still am really in love with the whore.... please don't take Null's money for the arrest cam footage, or rat me out to the police for hacking into Aaron's accounts & revenge porning both him and April."

Nick has never worked hard for anything. Success for him involves luck, magic words, and his giant brain that creates the lucky magic words. Cope and Sneed, magic dragon.
Not just a male drow cuck, but a Male Drow Cuck Wizard...

She is getting kicked out of the cuckquean shed, I dont think a leaked statement would make any difference on April´s decision making.

even if they thought it would be a legal show, there’s no way they assumed it would be lucrative for them. Outside of ultra rare slam dunk cases, legal content is dry and uninteresting.
No one watches CSPAN, and Court TV failed so hard it had to be retooled into TruTV. Look at all the other legal YouTube channels, none of them have the mega success Nick had during Rittenhouse and Depp. That’s not because Nick was good, that’s because people were interested in those cases. No one really cares about the average legal cases enough to watch day to day coverage.
LegalEagle’s show worked because it was law for the Reddit community. Legalmindset somewhat works because he pretends to care about Vtubers and the fans of Vtubers are retarded enough to like anything that panders to them. But nothing Nick had on offer even at his peak was something rumble could have capitalized on

Yeah, @Kalea was funny. I think he's so delusional he thinks people who openly despise him still like him, and he can still convince them of his brilliance and righteousness. He kept shower-calling Null long after any reasonable person would have stopped.

All I can say is I've changed phones and numbers twice since I last talked to him in 2020, so thank God I didn't have to put up with it. He said he expected me to call him to get the "true story," and I am a bad person for not doing so. Which is just insane.

Everybody knows the true story now. All doubt vanished after May.

My perception of things is that Nick had a really good first year contract that paid him a large amount of money over that year. They tried to advertise him early on with their bigger names. He also got the invite down to Florida for a trump event (I think).

It was when he actually reached a point where he delivered Mersh numbers that they started giving up on him.

Mersh and his contract where a whole other deal. Rumble never took Mersh seriously at all in any way.

They obviously thought with Nick they were getting a major legal commentator with a large audience and a channel that generated really high superchat revenue. There is no way to know if Nick could have ever met their expectations for him, but honestly Nick never even tried.

Even for Nick, he can't be so retarded to repeatedly and recently say he was never an addict and then also ask the prosecutor to allow him to be the poster child of addiction.

That's why I think it's likely bullshit. He can't be that retarded.
I think Nick views the world as "masses" and "rulers." He thinks he's on the same team as the educated prosecutors and judge. He doesn't see himself as being punished for crimes, rather this whole process is a show for the masses (lowly cops are part of the masses). He thinks the "rulers" have just as much debauchary as he does. Even King David did what he did. His whole strategy is trying to give the powers that be cover to do the right and let him go. Frank's challenge, interlocutory, mah watermarks, etc, etc, was his belief that they'd let him off if he gave them plausible cover with the masses. He's thinking in that courtroom "Look. we're all coke addicted cuckold swingers. No one here wants to see one of us go to prison for sex and cocaine. I'll take one for the team and talk to the masses about the dangers of the drugs if that's the cover they need with masses." In Nick's mind, he's the one making the sacrifice.

Half a year for... nothing? He could take the plea months ago, a plea that's probably more favourable than whatever is on table now, am I getting it right? What was the plan, then? Was there any plan at all? What was the point of wasting everyone's time like this?

Yes as part of community service the PO might accept those videos. Quite a few stars end up doing one in their lives, Justin Timberlake being the latest example
Oh so it's a condition that actually strokes his ego because he's "got the Justin Timberlake treatment, I AM THE LAWPOPE, I AM A STAR"

Lol, lmao even.

Nick isn't a star. He was, at most, a mid-tier e-celebrity.

It's not that such a thing could never be part of any plea agreement. It's that in no way in hell would it be in Nick's case.

Nick would be doing anti-drug PSAs to a small audience of pro-legalization lolbertarian weirdos who would outright reject the message as government propaganda. Complete waste of time.

I wasn't saying the court would swoon in an orgiastic faint at Crackets' offer, only that PSAs in lieu of community service can and does happen. Aaron has a better chance of making that kind of deal over his RP charge than Lord Balldo ever did.
