My favorite thing is that one of the pieces of evidence for not being fired is that he got a severance--something you typically don't get in the USA unless you are explicitly fired.

But he has so little experience in the job market that he didn't even seem aware of this. Nobody called him out in chat either, so it might not be a highly employed bunch.

Because Phil is a fucking children LARPing as an adult. Remember when Phil and Panda were having trouble with the air mattress, because their bedroom set was delayed that they ORDERED from the East Coast, and they couldn't figure it out...so, Panda had to ask their neighbor for a air pump? Point being, I know Phil is going to try to see if he can refinance on his WAKhando, not realizing that this isn't exactly the market to refinance as interest rates are still kinda high, and we know IF he does get it, all that extra money is going to go into food and gacha, as that master bathroom goes farther and farther into the shitter.

Also, you know it's gonna be bad WHEN that mold goes into his neighbor's house. IF and when that day comes, best believe not only is that neighbor gonna be RIGHTFULLY pissed ALL the way off, but also a complaint to the HOA. Dealing with the HOA is a MAJOR pain in the ass and those fuckers will complain about EVERYTHING! For those that have never had to deal with them, consider yourself lucky. There are some cases where the HOA, under certain guidelines, CAN enter your home to do an inspection, if you are not following guidelines or they suspect something.

From a gambler's perspective it makes sense. DSP already knows and has publicly stated that he would never get the amount of money he does from any normal job. What he hasn't publicly stated but also knows is that he wouldn't even qualify for any normal job to begin with.

The entire condo/house is an extension of his internet fame "success". He hasn't paid off any of his mortgage at this point. With the way global real estate prices are going, particularly in large cities like Seattle it's likely that it will keep accumulating value. Even if there is a bit of a crash at some point it's literally his best bet at getting tons of money by doing nothing (besides paying the minimum amount due)

We were chatting about how fucked real estate and rent prices are now and how they're unlikely to ever go lower. There was this older guy, maybe 65 years old who said he'd bought a property in the vicinity 30 years ago for like 10 grand and it was now worth 1.5 million dollars.

If DSP plays his cards right (by doing nothing except paying the minimums) then in 20 years DSP could be that old guy and be like "snort... I paid like 400k for this property when I was dating Leanna... Snort... I never did anything but pay the absolute minimum amounts possible... Snort... I beat the IRS, I beat the detractors and I beat the Washington bankruptcy court (thanks Nancy)... This property is now worth 4.5 million dollars and my future is secure"

He doesn’t bother to think long term so refinancing appeals to the man that has no apparent line of inheritance, friends, or family. It’s all just to have more spending money. Doesn’t matter to him if his estate doesn’t exist after he dies, he just needs to satiate his addictions.

As an aside, 60 year old DSP is going to look rough. He has aged rapidly in the past two years, and could pass for late 50s now. Just makes you wonder, if he does this for another five years, then most of his adult life will have been spent in front of a camera. Like a lab rat.

But that is just not the case. He is a failure, continues to demonstrate why he is a failure, and the safety nets of society just let him graze on the heath of failure, while he deludes himself more and more into believing that he’s made it big. Kind of sad but it’s Phil so let him be cooped up with his delusions, an unloving family, and the parasocial relationships that form between him and the whales.

All that’s left now is to sit back, strap in, and watch as he degrades himself further and further. He is a puzzle that has been put together, the WWEC rumors were dispelled for the normies so they don’t lay their eyes on him anymore and now we’re back to pre KC views / money.
Every now and then we get some gold. Upbraiding a dying man for not coming onto our show is the quintessence of Phil.

On a website dedicated to anomalies in the system, Phil proves to be an unremarkable anomaly.
